Loved this place! The tortillas are made to order which was probably my favorite part! But the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly and happy as well! I will be going back! Would really love one in Louisville!!!

Plus half a star. Service super friendly. Not very busy at lunch time on a Friday. No more tofu option. That’s a bummer. So a million years ago I would frequent this place in NJ. It seems like portion size have dropped off some. Or maybe the bowl/burrito size has increased. Idk. Either way the food is tasty as any other burrito type chain. With the exception of chipotle. I feel that mission burrito, qdoba, freebird, mission, umburrito all have the similar taste. Similar flavor profile where all the individual flavors blend together into a mish mosh of flavor. Whereas chipotle has the unique ability to have each flavor stand independently(or am I the only one who notices this). Although I’m not much into ecoli so this place as well as the other listed above are far better. So enjoyable food just wish it was a little more filling.

Great food!!! It’s awesome if you’re in the area and want a Mexican feast. Always waiting for tomorrow so I can go eat it again!

Another great lunch spot in keystone. So fast and good every time! Their tortillas are amazing. I usually get the quesadilla with guacamole and it’s a filling meal since they let you add beans or rice if you want. Staff is always really friendly and there’s usually no wait!

A less awesome Qdoba basically. Very disappointed. There is no baby changing station which is kind of a big deal for a mom of a 9 month old. Food is okay at best. The lady making my food was short and uncaring. I asked for queso and my burrito is literally drenched in it. All I can taste is queso and it’s not even that good. The plate was too hot for me to carry but the lady had already walked away and was no where to be found. I won’t be back here.

Had a great first time experience at Poncheros tonight — what a nice surprise to find this gem of a fast food Mexican restaurant — Fresh tortillas made in front of us for our tacos and then –my favorite– blue tortilla chips with yummy queso. Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend… we will definitely be back

Grocery shopping at Fresh Thyme next door and saw a sign that said $ 1 burritos from 3 till 5 today so I decided to check it out. There was a line all the waybto the door but it moved fast. I got a chicken burrito, veggie burrito, chips & queso and a large drink for less than $ 8! Chicken was well seasoned and tortilla was amazing. The veggie burrito was just meh and the chips & queso was over priced for the portion of queso. However five stars for the staff. Very friendly and super fast. I’ll be back for sure to try some other menu items.

Does Panchero’s homemade tortilla make it better than Chipotle, Qdoba, or Moe’s? Nope! It was great to see the person take my order, then grab a piece of dough, press it, and then grill it, but all the contents inside of the burrito did not make it a better burrito. Service needed serious improvement and the taste and quality of the ingredients were not memorable. If I had a choice, Panchero’s would be very very low on my list.

Seriously, I don’t get why people would give this place 5 stars! Nothing more than another corporate chain of mediocre food with crappy portions. A bowl full of rice, beans, corn, and a small spoon full of low grade steak. Oh but wait, you can add on .10 cents worth of veggies for a dollar! Add it all up and you get a waste of $ 10 and just made some corporate moron that more richer. Save the 5 stars for GOOD quality places that use quality ingredients, and care about their product instead of a profit margin!

I love how they make their own tortillas in front of you. The ingredients are fresh and service was nice. The atmosphere is s bit quiet and there were bones/uncooked rice in our food. Other than that all checks out well. I would recommend giving it a try!

Customer service is outstanding! I had the Burrito with chips and queso. Fresh flavors and in house queso. Great food and the price is fine as well.

Consistently the best burrito chain. Fresh pressed tortilla and ingredients mixed at the end of the line. Can’t beat it.

Love the fact that they make you fresh tortillas as you order. Fresh tortillas are my weakness. The queso is tasty and I love their marinated steak. To me, this is my favorite fast casual Mexican restaurant — more than Qdoba. I have never had to wait at this location. In fact, many times my noisy kids and I are the only patrons in the place. I hope it’s because people are still discovering it, and not that they aren’t making enough business to stay open. I would be so sad if they closed. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should!

I actually prefer Pancheros over Chipotle and Qdoba. The atmosphere is nice, and the Pancheros brand sauces are so so good. The employees are friendly and quick.

On my commute home from work, I was listening to Pandora and heard an ad for Panchero’s. I have driven past it many times, but never really gave much thought to going there. The radio ad piqued my curiosity, so I looked up their menu and Unilocal reviews, then decided to try it. I ordered the steak burrito bowl with rice, black beans, queso, mild salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese, and sour cream. On the matte black plastic plate, the ingredients looked paltry, bland, and dumpy, so my hopes weren’t very high. I couldn’t have been more wrong: Many reviewers compared Panchero’s to Qdoba and Chipotle, which I can see in terms of concept and price. However, despite having similar menus and ingredients, it is a totally different flavor. It’s somehow richer and more authentic Mexican-tasting, especially the rice.. . Like if you took the food from Red Habanero or somewhere similar but made it into a more fast-food customized concept. With Chipotle and Qdoba, the flavors of the ingredients are singularly good, but never really meld together. At Panchero’s, they do. Also, the portion size initially appeared smaller than those of its competitors, but was very filling. Atmosphere: There were more booths, and the dining area somehow seemed less hectic and more inviting than those at Qdoba and Chipotle. Ingredients were covered up by metal lids, which I thought was much more sanitary than letting everything sit out in open air where people might be coughing, cleaning, etc. Overall a good experience. This will probably become my go-to place when I’m craving an inexpensive burrito bowl with flavor.

Close connection to Chipotle and Qdoba but they make the tortillas on the spot and they are delicious :) I had the quesadilla(basic) with veggies(very flavorful) and it was under $ 6 and husband had the bowl that was served with a yummy tortilla as well. Two hottest salsas were wonderful additions to the meal and we got their chips and queso– blue tortilla chips and the queso was creamy and ALOT compared to other companies. We will return

Stopped by for a quick lunch with the Mrs. and we were both pleasantly surprised — starting off with the fresh pressed tortilla shells. Great flavor and held up well over the course of the burrito. Chips and Queso were also a winner — thick blue corn tortilla chips and flavorful Queso. A little disappointed that fajita vegetables on a burrito were an up charge. Definitely recommend over Chipotle and Qdoba.

Love the BOB. After loosing boycotting Qdoba for removing my Plebano Pesto burrito, never liking Chipotle, and Fast Burrito(my weekly nacho fix, I still miss them), I have found my new replacement. Pancheros. They off freshly made(when you order) tortillas. Pressed and grilled before you add your mix-ins. the only down side is they don’t offer fully loaded nachos. Hubby gets a naked burrito and chips on the side to pull it off. BOB is a little spoonula they use to mix all your burrito ingredients up so you get a bit of everything in every bite. I like this extra step to spread the flavor! We’re not there weekly like we were at the last place, but if the owner are reading this and you put a FB style fully loaded nacho option on the menu, you will see us more.

Okay, let me just put this out there… I would go here before Chipotle or Qdoba any day. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and it was cheap! I’m a gal living on a very tight budget, so to be able to have a great meal for under $ 10 is possibly the highlight of my week. Chips and queso are only $ 2, and you don’t want to pass it up. Worth every penny to have that cheesy goodness in your belly. I went simple with a cheese and carnitas quesadilla, and the meat was so flavorful! It was a party in my mouth. So overall I give Pancheros 4 stars, the only thing keeping them from a 5 is that it isn’t a sit down restaurant so the service is obviously not as good as sit down place would be.

Here are the top take-aways: 1.) FRESH tortillas made while you order 2.) Mixed up ingredients so each bite is full of flavor 3.) GREAT service I think this place is WAY better than Chipotle, Qudoba, or any of the other assembly line burrito chains. Wish there was one in Carmel!
