Usually when I go to this store, the service is pretty trash, but the past two times I’ve been here, the service I’ve received has been phenomenal. They’ve been well staffed, friendly and all around great to visit. I needed to get on the web to look something up, they pulled up the page for me. I was also pleasantly surprised when they accepted a competitors coupon. They accept paypal as a payment option. As a biz owner that uses paypal ALL of the time, it’s very convenient.

Staples was not able to do my job. Came to Office Depot they had some issues but were able to Fo the job. Friendly helpful staff. Should have just came here first.

You know, I hate walking into a place where there are 5 – 10 people working, but no one is around to help answer a question.
I walk into Staples and am greeted, and can’t walk past 3 isles without at least 1 – 2 people approaching me to help me find exactly what I need.
Who do you think is going to get my business?
