Most of the time it’s hard to get someone to get off their phone, or stop talking about their personal lives long enough to saunter over to the register and push number 1 for me. Dine in orders are ok, but drive Thur is almost always messes up.

I’ve been here three times now, and each time I’ve had items missing from my order. Since it happened to me twice in the drive thru, I actually went inside this time. I understand things get crazy sometimes, and mistakes happen– but when they do: OFFER AN APOLOGY RATHER THAN SAYING NOTHING AND THROWING A SANDWICH ON MY TRAY. And this was a manger; I didn’t approach aggressively and I had my receipt in hand. I’ll be passing on this location in the future.
