Thank God for small miracles. There was glass in my dessert! And the silliest assistant manager ever come to offer me a $ 10 gift certificate; I guess that would cover throat surgery Dropping the mic!

It is a fun place and they have good food. But the customer service is terrible. Unfortunately I get off work late in the evening and sometimes it is easier to pick something up on the way home. I have ordered carry out from here several times before. So when I called and was laughed at by the person on the other end when I asked if they were taking out carry out orders at this time I was little annoyed. To say you don’t take carry out orders at all when I have ordered pick up before(as well as it states on this app description) was unnecessary. All you had to say was no we do not anymore at this time.

A group of 8 of us met at Latitude for a night of fun. Dinner was good. I ordered the southwestern egg rolls. Very good. We went bowling too. $ 45 an hour and $ 3 shoe rentals. Kinda expensive if you ask me. We ended up dropping over $ 180. Fun environment but not friendly for your wallet.

I was here with a large group for an event in the upstairs area. We had buffet style appetizers which included pepperoni pizza, chips and cheese, kabobs and southwest egg rolls. The seasonings were very mild in all dishes; I’d describe it as very family friendly food, and would likely be perfect for an event with a lot of kids! It wasn’t bad food, but just not something I’d seek out on my own. We spent some time playing games downstairs as well. The game area is fairly small, but did have some fun options like skeeball. Being a group of adults we were hoping for some classic video games, but alas! None to be found! Points load automatically on the game cards(so no piles of paper tickets) and can be exchanged for cheesy prizes just like we remembered from when we were kids! The bowling area did look interesting; I’d consider returning to try that out at some point!

While this place looks very nice, it is very expensive for what you get. The price per bowling is outrageous and the credit charge for video games is insane. This is a VERY high markup version of Dave and Busters which tries to market itself as high class. Unfortunately, every time I go in there, the clientele is anything but high class. I’ve been here a few times, mostly with work functions, and I think that the only way I’ll come back is in a similar way.

To be honest, I’ve only been here a couple of times for company events, so I can’t really go one way or the other. However, when I was there, the food was pretty bad. The first time was buffet style, the second time, order off the menu. The staff is pretty friendly, but I think the place might be too big and too pricey to make it in Castleton.

A fun place to try out any night of the week. This place as everything from a comedy club, bowling, a movie theater, games, music, food and drinks, and TVs galore! Open during the day for all ages, or during the night for the over 21 crowd, you won’t find it difficult to find something to do. The bowling alley has food and drink service with nice comfy couches to relax on and huge screens to watch sports or tv on while you bowl. The bar area offers good drink specials and often has live music playing on the weekends. If your looking for more than just bar food, they do have a full service restaurant that is set away from the music and other activities. The comedy club is a large venue that offers a full bar and menu options, most of the time you can find an offer on their web site for free tickets, with the requirement of a food/drink minimum. The staff has always been very friendly and attentive each time we have been there and there is never a lull of activity.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a bar/restaurant/gaming center/bowling alley… comedy club, but, when I called and was greeted by a very friendly Promotional Staffer, Brittany, who offered free tickets(with no minimum drink or food purchase strings attached) I figured we had nothing to lose. Latitude 360 feels like a bar when you walk in, dark lighting and tvs ceiling to floor; and it has a lot going on in a small amount of space, but the space is segmented in a way that the areas have a seperateness to each other. We were just there for the comedy club and you could go in almost directly from the main entryway, which I was glad of. We only cared about the comedy club anyway, which was a nice sized dining area with a stage at the front. Brittany was there to greet us at the entry to the club and we went right in to a table waiting for us. The serving staff were friendly and managed well, when we wanted to move due to noisy patrons we were moved without hassle and when our server was a little slow on checking with us another one made sure we were ok. As for the comedy, the host did his job keeping us laughing and the acts were funny enough(especially for free!). We even stayed for a contest they were having and after we were rewarded with free tickets. We enjoyed an ice cold bucket of beer and and a plate of their fries. I think the bucket was about 15 bucks and you can download their menu on their website for full pricing. All I know is that the fries were fresh and seasoned just right and perfect as a bucket-chaser. Don’t know about the rest of the place, but the comedy club was a good night out.

Let me start by saying the concept is great — a multitude of entertainment options while having the option of eating a great meal. The reality is much different… The service is completely lackluster and the place just feels dirty. We came here to play games, grab a nice meal and bowl. As an FYI, they use game cards that are deceivingly expensive — someone can burn through $ 25 in literally 30 minutes. As the kids were playing games, we decided to grab a beer — at $ 8.50 a pop. At least the trio dip appetizer was pretty good. We wanted to eat prior to bowling and due to the fact they were understaffed, we were put on a waiting list, was told it would be 20 minutes, and was never contacted after almost 1 ½ hours. We finally got another appetizer(chicken nachos) after hunting down a waiter in the«deluxe» bowling area. Needless to say, this experience will be our last as this trip is costing us over $ 150(for a family of 5), only to be highly disappointed.

Latitude 360 is like a «Tokens & Tickets», but a bit more modern and with lots of other things to see and do. The paper tickets have disappeared, in favor of a credit card with credits loaded onto it. The games have come a long way over the years, to the point where adults can actually play some of them and have a good time. Our son had a blast, and he walked away with a pretty cool switchblade comb. :) Seriously though, if you’re coming here to «score» some awesome toys or prizes when you cash-in your winnings, you’ll be disappointed. They’re mostly just«landfill toys», so that’s not why you should be coming. This is a place to spend some family time having fun.

First visit to Latitude 360 tonight for a comedy show. The comics were wonderful. The service was not. Our server did the thing where he takes 10 orders and doesn’t write anything down. Which is impressive when it works and extremely annoying when it doesn’t. Half of my order was never rung in. The part that made me come write a review was the fact that there were two extremely loud tables talking at full volume during the show. I’m not a prude and I get that people will chat but the volume coming from these tables was so distracting. I asked a staff member to ask them to quiet down which never happened. When checks arrived, one table was apparently unhappy with what they’d been charged and had a loud conversation with thier server. Next, a manager was called to the table. He proceeded to have another loud conversation with the table while the comic was on stage. Incredibly frustrating for the other patrons and probably for the performers as well. Comedy venue staff need to be able to handle rowdy guests so the whole area doesn’t have their night ruined.

This place gives you a little of everything. Bowling, live entertainment, movies, and games. We have been here several times in the last couple of months and have had a pretty good time every time. There have been a few times were service was lacking. But there are some great people, who are always helpful and friendly. The food has always been good most of the time, except for the chicken wings. Our favs are the sliders, quesadilla and onion rings. My only wish is that at 9pm it became adult only. There tends to be kids running around unsupervised and through the bar at times.

Met with the Latitude 39 representative over from California, wonderful handsome, charismatic guy. l’d seen the Lat 39 car earlier on the highway and about time, am really glad we had a chance to speak out in Fishers :-) We so enjoy Lat 39⁄360. This place always seems packed. On a Sunday afternoon, we’ll order a couple California smoked turkey sandwiches! are you kidding me? a slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Latitude 360, for making the immediate area a little hipper, a little more exciting :-)

I’ve now been to Latitude 360 twice. I refrained from reviewing it after my first experience because, honestly, I hate giving 1 star reviews after a single experience. After a second visit I feel like I am ready to comment on a couple aspects of the business. First, the space. This place has HUGE potential to be awesome. There is so much going on and so many things to do. It’s actually a bit of stimulus overload. But that’s great. It’s how it should be. Second, and the primary reason for my low star rating, is the service. In both of my visits, customer service was sorely absent. The staff seems disinterested in helping or serving their customers. The first time I was there, the place was overflowing with people — all ready and willing to settle in for a night of fun. Yet service was impossible to find. Now, I get they were busy and sometimes things happen. However, upon a return visit, when there were very few people in the facility, once again, service was notably absent. We placed an initial order and then, once our drinks were delivered, never saw anyone again. In fact, we had to go find someone when we were ready to leave and ask for our bill. Not good. Overall, I think this place has great potential but has some serious work to do if they want to retain customers.

Go with a big group because it’s usually hit/miss. The live bands are usually good, but this time we went the place was kind of dead. Friends bowled, I drank. There’s a club that was having an EDM night, but there was less than 20 people in there so we went back out to the live band. Drinks are reasonably priced and food has been good. There’s a movie theater, bowling, video game arcade and plenty of bars inside. It’s definitely a place where you go with a big group of friends and play games, not the party scene.

Latitude 39 is the the place to be. I’ve been when it’s packed and when it’s just a few people standing in awe of how nice it is and wondering where the heck the people are. Not sure if they are still doing it but on Tuesdays they have/had 39 cent Coors Light drafts, and we found this out when a group of us went to their awesome bowling alley for my Birthday. Cant beat 39 cent drafts, even if it is just Coors Light. The food is GOOD. They push their comedy shows pretty hard but I still have a bad taste in my mouth from when we were offered free tickets to a show and the comedians were terrible — and it was empty in the theater which made it worse. I think this place has tons of potential between the Dave & Busters style arcade games, awesome dark hardwood bowling alley, sports bar, regular bar, live music, dine in movie theater… the list goes on. I give it a 4 stars because I’ve never had a bad time here, just with there were more people when I am there, so that the atmosphere has more life.

Went for my birthday. Good food. I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were a little cold but delish. Great service fr my waitress Tabitha. We dined in the 360 grill. The NBA playoffs were on and there were a ton of TVs to watch and enjoy. The game room was fun too. 4 player air hockey made my night! I will be back.

Disappointed in my most recent experience. I really just can’t get into this place at all. I think it’s suffering a MAJOR identity crisis for one thing but two, it’s also just lacking in customer service to the fullest degree in the main bar/restaurant area. We were one of like 5 people at the bar when we arrived and were promptly ignored by FOUR bartenders who were too busy chatting with friends. Once we got seated, our party wanted to move a couple of bartops together and you would have thought we asked the waitress to remove her arm and leave it at the table for the duration of her shift. She was rude, standoffish and buzzing by SO fast you couldn’t even talk to her. I was turned off immediately. Trying to kill her with kindness, I stopped her and asked her name(Chris) and proceeded to let her know we would love if she could grace us with her presence to take a few remaining drink orders. Finally, impressing us with her memory she took orders for 8 people without writing anything down. We had a feeling this would go badly and it did. My husband LITERALLY never got his meal. When asked multiple times where it was, she said«it’s coming» not ONCE apologizing for the fact that it was NEVERORDERED and since it was fish tacos, I’m sure it has to cook a set time. She acted as if she was just TOO busy to worry herself with such lowly paying customers who had her tip in their hands. I am not the type to keep quiet, especially since it was my brother-in-law’s 30th and we had rented 3 lanes at a $ 150 a pop for two hours(stupid expensive). I don’t typically bowl but it was to celebrate and that did NOT include shoes. AYFKM!!! Racket much. I did speak to Manager Chris who apologized for Waitress Chris and bought us a round of drinks but… honestly I have NO interest in returning here for celebrations, meals, etc. in the near future. As much as I think the whole thing is «kind of cool» I just don’t think they REALLY care about patrons. This is not the first time I’ve had shoddy experiences here and this was just too much to handle. I’m glad you are busy each weekend with those who don’t mind the shitty service and the moms who come in to bowl with their kids during the day b/c loyalty is not going to keep this place in business.

I want this place to do well because they do offer so much but there are a lot of downfalls. Our first experience was strange because we walked in and were immediately given free tickets to the comedy and dinner theater. Cool. You sit down, order dinner and then watch some very uncomfortable and bad comedians. I’m sorry, but those are the facts. Then we get the check and they charge us for the show, so we have to do the run around to prove we were practically escorted into the show. We went another time for my husband’s birthday. We had dinner in the bar area, delicious food. Our waiter was fantastic and even brought candles and a lighter for the cake I brought with us! Then we bowled a few rounds, it was great! BUT I think the reason it was so great was because it was pretty much just our group. It was Tuesday night which calls for 39 cent Coors Light. Now the third time we went was to see My Yellow Rickshaw’s first performance there and it’s a great space for bands. But the crowd was full of drunk 40 somethings grinding all ups on … shiiiiiver. Do your thang but I don’t want to have to watch. Then there were some sketchy tweens hanging around the arcades and I was surprised because I thought on a Saturday night it was 18 and older. or maybe I just wished it was. I’ll definitely keep going on Tuesdays… but that will probably be it.
