First, I have to say thank you Kohl’s for opening at 8:00 a.m. and NOT 10:00 as most department stores often do. Early risers appreciate your earlier opening hours. The store is clean, and they have incredible sales and clearance racks. I’ve used the Kiosks located by the customer service department when specific items aren’t in store and I’ve never been disappointed. I also appreciate I can return items shipped to my home back to the brick and mortar store.

They have lots of pants to choose from. The restroom is not very close to the pants section, so if you have a long pants selecting session ahead of you be ready to walk.

This review is for the part of Kohls sending ecards. Recently I ordered one for a friend who was celebrating her birthday in two days. Now how difficult is that? Apparently VERY.
Two weeks and two attempts by Kohls were unsuccessful. I finally cancelled that request and visited Kohls to buy a now belated birthday gift card for my friend.
I gave one star because Kohls is a fantastic place to shop, as long as the card people stay where they are. I can easily avoid them, I hope

Damn you! Why are you so friggin’ far away? How am I supposed to buy jeans at a reasonable hour without wasting my day? Maybe you should open a shop up in the children’s museum hmm?
Seriously, I like Kohl’s. I’m a guy and I hate shopping. Aside from the mall, this is where I go for the one day every 3 years I have to buy clothes. Yaay Kohl’s!
