Jack’s Pizza

Hahaha this was the WORST pizza I have ever eaten. First, it was $ 30.00 for a thin crust pizza, 2 liter and five breadsticks. I opened the pizza when I got home and the toppings were wrong. The breadsticks were raw on the inside and hard as rocks on the outside and the cheese sauce was cold as ice. It’s almost laughable. I wouldn’t accept a free pie from them.

I gave three stars because the service was terrible. I ordered my pizza at 8:43pm and didn’t receive it until 11pm. And when I called to inquire about it TWICE, they gave me major attitude. End result was a cold pizza being delivered to my door that we paid $ 30 for. I’m not happy… at all. I love Jacks pizza and that’s the only reason I’m giving stars at all! I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

It’s a little pricey but when you factor in the fact that you will have twice as many leftovers it becomes worth it. The breadsticks are great. I am not a huge breadstick fan but these were perfect, full of butter yet a great crispy outside. Only criticism is that I felt the bacon did not taste very bacon-​y. It’s really just awesome pizza though.

We ordered Jack’s while recovering from the Indy 500, we not only had amazing pizza, but fantastic service! We ordered the Big Jack and a pepperoni pizza with a double order of breadsticks. The Big Jack was perfect, stacked and loaded with fresh toppings on a fantastic thin crust, everyone loved it! The pepperoni was a great classic choice and got a ‘Grade A’ review by our pizza expert, so much flavor! The breadsticks were very good, a different take from the fluffy and buttery sticks you see most places, they were more long and narrow, almost like a baked pretzel, with GREAT flavor and good dipping sauce.
The service really topped off our great experience with Jack’s. The man who took our order was great with recommendations and conversation. We knew it was going to be good when the wait time was estimated 2 hours (granted I’m sure the amount of za ordered post race is crazy and on a holiday weekend). We were okay with waiting and it was actually less than an hour before we were feasting on some of the best pizza we’ve had in a while.
I wish we had a pizza joint that made za like Jack’s in our hometown, but now we have our go-​to pizza joint in Indy for next year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Are the other reviews fake? This pizza was not good. I appreciate a good crust in my pizza. And this pizza had a crust that was premade, came out of a freezer. Probably bought from a food supply company. The ingredients were very good. So, if that is your priority, then you will enjoy it. But the crust is pathetic.

Ordered pizza here for the first time tonight. We were not at all disappointed! We ordered an 18 inch pizza that looked way larger, and it was LOADED with fresh ingredients. We ended up with ham on our pizza which we didn’t order (we had sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, and onions), the ham was a welcome addition and provided a great smoky flavor, so no one was upset. The kids pizza was plain, half cheese half pepperoni but was equally flavorful. It took 45 minutes for pickup, which, at prime time on a Friday is nothing, and it was finished in exactly 45 minutes from the time I called. I got quality pizza for a much better price than the crap you get from the chains. We will definitely be back.

Honestly, I’m not the biggest enthusiast when it comes to pizza but I will say that ordering from Jacks was a great idea.
I ordered the Big Jack, which has ham, sausage, green peppers, banana peppers, onions, pepperoni, black olives and cheese. The toppings were extremely fresh and the amount of time it took to make this masterpiece was at the most 10mins.
The price was a about $ 26 bucks, for some people that may be a little steep, but on the bright side you will definitely be able to have some awesome leftovers.
They are prompt and pretty professional as far as pizza establishments are concerned.

This was my first time ordering from this particular location and I am quite happy with it the service. They arrived on time and the quality is better than other locations I have ordered from in the past. I am a very happy customer that will certainly be ordering again.

Best pizza in Indy! It’s almost impossible to find a Jacks (Circle City) pizza these days. Highly recommend the sausage and mushroom thin crust.
