Golden Corral

Seen the commercial breakfast all day long. We love breakfast for dinner! As we walked in the smell of mildew and broccoli hits us. yes, mildew and broccoli but it was late and we were hungry. Went to the breakfast station didn’t look appetizing (so sad) so went to the grill where they cook the steaks, I asked for medium the guys puts what looks like a dried up square hockey puck on my plate. The whole food experience was so disappointing but the ice cream was good and our waitress was really nice. This place use to be a decent buffet.

Well, I’ll have to remind myself that this isn’t the place I’m looking for.
My family and I decided we wanted just a quick buffet-​style restaurant after a wonderful Sunday service. Despite the reviews, we came. I’ve been to Golden Corrals all over this country and I feel like I can’t count on this company to deliver quality, delicious food. Well, not here. It’s ok to satisfy an appetite but nothing extravagant… nothing impressive.
I’ll pass next time. I haven’t found a good home cooked buffet style in this city. Some body help! Mississippi Belle didn’t fell short. So did Golden Corral.
Service: it depends on who you get. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes not so good.
My question: can somebody please clean the ladies restroom!!! I declare its a luxury anymore to find a clean restroom (sigh).
Anyway, the next time ill pass. The price has increased. For $ 50, we could’ve eaten at a decent place, with a decent atmosphere with clean bathrooms.

Awful food! My aunt and uncle both almost choked on the steak. It was so tough and hard. The eggs were awful. The ribs didnt taste right. The pizza was soggy. And when we went to the manager. Everything seemed to go in one ear and out the other. NEVER AGAIN

I really cannot believe the low rating of this place. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They went well beyond what was expected of them. I consider this place pretty good.

My family and I were meeting my sister and my nephew here after being on the road for ten hours. We stopped here for supper, the food was awful I never seen strawberries frozen to the bottom of a bowl, I told the lady behind the salad bar she put more froze strawberries on top of the ones that were already on the bottom. The restrooms were horrible I could smell them before I made it to the door. The «steak» area was filthy the fried chicken was stale a dry, the dessert bar was nasty. I made my daughter a taco bowl, the meat tasted like dish soap. The entire building was filthy, if I was a health inspector I would shut it down immediately. I DO NOT recommend that you waste your hard earned dollars here. I have been to other Golden Corrals, but this one was God awful.
This is a «Buyer Beware» … If you must eat there take hand sanitizer disposable gloves and seat covers for the restroom, plastic flat-​wear and cups, and a note pad to write down what you eat just in case you have food poisoning.

Reminds me of hometown buffet. You basically get what you pay for. If you’re hungry and only have $ 10 and you don’t mind sacrificing quality… Then this place is for you.

I’ve been experiencing this restaurant for about 11 year. Hoping it would get better. But the «hot» food is often cold. Enough to keep me from going back.

Went for mothers day. Great all around for price. But gave 3 stars cause ask for a medium steak and got it almost rare

The only reason to come eat here is for the yeast rolls. It’s definitely not for the ambiance, the quality or the service. Use a coupon if you must eat here because paying full price is not worth it — not even for those delicious rolls.

Please… if you are going to spend you hard earned money… go somewhere else. I just got back from GC and the place was a mess. Not enough food cooked and the food that was served was not cooked enough. The seafood items tasted funny.
Overall, you get a lot of bad food and very little good. This place looks and tastes like a greyhound bus station café. Same clientele, same food, same horrible feeling!
