Very easy to reach customer service, via chat. This is my first year with Geekatoo and it certainly won’t be my last. This is the BEST money I’ve spent for on demand service to repair computer problems. Being older what I know about computers can fit on the head of a pin. Other computer services make you almost purchase a new computer with their UN-​realistic pricing. Geekatoo pricing, customer service and their techs are common sense. Something that is lost these days. Not only do you receive immediate service but the technician will also give you a call and make sure that things are going well after it is fixed. Thus allowing you to ask questions, and actually talk with a human. Geekatoo is common sense on steroids ! When my year is up I’ll be signing up for as many years as I’m on this earth.
