Their messages says: Same day service, «we’re coming back to you fast» is what the message says while on hold for several minutes. «Fast, easy, same day service.» «24−7 emergency with call centers always open» 1). I was unable to get same day service — actually, I was unable to get service. The appointment I booked for the following morning(scheduled my day around it) didn’t show — so I called, YES, I called them .30 minutes after the appointment time and was told that the tech had a larger problem with the appointment before me and they offered me a later time in the afternoon at 2:30. I called at 2:45 to check status and(after being on hold) was told the tech was to arrive in 15 minutes. I’m typing this message while on hold again(listening to their«we’re fast message» and it’s 4:07! And, YEP, I had to call them again to find out the status. I simply want to cancel at this point, but that even seems to be challenging.
