My friends and I were in town for Indy PopCon and needed somewhere to stay that wouldn’t destroy our bank accounts. For the price of this room I couldn’t really expect more. The room was not as bad as the other reviews had led them to be. For the most part the room was clean and big enough to fit 5 comfortably. There were some stains on the beds and the couch but we had expected that going in so it didn’t bother us too much. There were a few minor problems like not having any blankets for the pull out couch. When we called down to the front desk they said that they were out of blankets… out? After a little persuasion they«found» us some comforters. Also on the second day of our stay the toilet would not flush. The hand had broken from the inside but as college students we still found a way to make it flush. Overall if you are looking for a cheap place to stay for a few night, and do not care if your towels get changed every day, this is a good place to go. If you are high maintenance I would suggest staying at a more expensive hotel where your needs will be met.

Generally just smelly and run-down. Everything smells like feet or BO. Furniture damaged and/or stained. The second Star is because I’m comparing it to the Greyhound Station that I slept in the previous night.

First time staying here. Werner Industries terminal hotel. Check in was pretty easy. Got to the room to find the fridge/freezer doesn’t work, HVAC in the bedroom doesn’t work, half the door lock latch is missing(torn right out of the door by a prior resident), and not enough available electrical outlets in the bedroom for two people to charge their phones. Front desk said there are no other rooms available. Thoroughly unimpressed.

My family made reservations at this Extended Stay but at checkin we were informed that they were oversold and that we were«upgraded» to their sister hotel down the road. I asked the manager to confirm that the room still had two double beds and a pull out sofa. She confirmed this for me with the greatest of ease. Of course there was no sofa bed in the«upgrade» room! So here I am, lying on the floor, typing up a garbage review for a garbage hotel.

I cannot believe it. At airport, the hotel had no functional shuttle while they claim they have. We initially called them at 6pm, and was told the feature of the shuttle: «a white van without any logo». We checked every coming vans and it didn’t showed up. One hour later, we had to get into the airport to had meal. Around 8:30pm, we called them again, and again, and again, a «white van without any logo» but with damaged carbody finally came. We arrived in the hotel around 10:30pm. It seems they didn’t have a scheduled shuttle service at all. However, all of these didn’t prevent them from charging us $ 20 for booking on . It was not the end. We felt the bed was a little bit wet. But we didn’t ask them to check it as it was first floor and it might be «wet» weather. We were so tired and fell asleep. Next day at 3am when we woke up, the center part of the bed was complete wet. Apparently some liquid was poured on the bed before and the mattress absorbed it so it wasn’t so wet when we slept, but it was pushed out since we slept on it. The lesson I learned from them is keeping bothering them and don’t be bothered… I want to give zero to them but Unilocal doesn’t allow it. Maybe it can get a star from the shuttle driver who was funny and picked us on time next day at 4am.
