The donuts never taste good or fresh, coffee is beyond scolding hot and I think this place only stays in business because it’s connected to the Fieldhouse. How did Starbucks go out of business? Anyway the service is adequate, I like the Area to chill and drink coffee and watch traffic, comfy chairs!

Desiree and kacie(hope I’m spelling that right, sorry if I’m not) were awesome! They handled everything wonderfully while they were swamped. This is how customer service should be. They deserve all the recognition in the world for how they handle things!

First time here. Okay for a dunkin donut but nothing to write home about. Limited selection of donuts but I’m sure if it’s because the hour I went(1pm) or because it just limited. Ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee. It didn’t taste right. I think there may have been a pump or two of a different syrup when making the drink or expired cream. One of the two. Nevertheless convenient location right inside the Pacers stadium.

I usually stop by when I want a huge iced coffee, because it’s cheaper than Starbucks. They’re always suuuuper slow, even if there are only a couple of people in line. Not friendly either, unless you work in the fieldhouse and come in daily. One woman in particular, blonde, older– mega rude. Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry.

I wouldn’t label myself as a coffee drinker. Not would I say I am a doughnut enthusiast. But Dunkin Donuts is what I grew up on and I don’t know of the nostalgia makes my glazed pink frosted donut taste like heaven… But I love going here. It’s simple, no dark chocolate bacon gluten free donuts here, but so enjoyable.
