Ordering from their app is a breeze. It was delivered quickly and everyone I spoke to was polite. There was however a misprint on my address and when I called to let them know they didn’t relay the info to their driver resulting in my food sitting longer than it had to. I didn’t receive any if the sauces I ordered. I wrote a review on their site and management was apologetic and offered me a discount on next order.

Worst Dominos ever… I can almost see the store from my house and every time I order, I’m waiting over an hour guaranteed. Then, when I finally get my food, it’s cold and made incorrectly. Every single time. I used to order Domino’s twice a week until we moved to this size of town. Never again…

This is the greatest take Out. I’m not just saying this. If your getting bad service from this branch then either I’m the luckiest man in the world or you really have bad luck. Fresh and on time again today. I won’t order take out pizza anywhere else because of the service I get from this Dominoes. Great job people !

In my opinion, the best chain carry out pizza place on the northwest side. I don’t do delivery of any chain pizza restaurant, because as other posters said, they can be very slow. The carry out is great though. A lot of pizza restaurants around me are staffed with people who do not care at all about customer service, whether they are friendly on the phone, if there are enough toppings on the pizza or if the pizza is warm. Here I’ve found the service to be top notch. My pizza has also been hot with the right amount of toppings. I return frequently.

If you are looking for a chain restaurant that is cheap and good his is it. I can get 2 pizzas for $ 5.99 each. The crust is so much better than any other. When my kids have friends over and I am just looking for taste and value this is it. For 2 pizzas at Donatoes it was going to be $ 30 without any breadsticks, Pizza Hut is out of he question because the crust is no good. Local places are good but again expensive. I ended up getting 2 pizza and breadsticks for around $ 18, not bad and it was done in 15 minutes. Good job Dominos!

This location absolutely sucks! I literally live within 45 minutes WALKING distance from this store, yet every time I order a pizza it takes more than an hour to get it delivered to my door. Dominoes has this tracker on their website that updates in real time the status of your order, it usually takes about 20 mins to actually cook the pizza, but once it is cooked it is handed off to the driver and that is when the incompetence begins. One hour and thirty minutes to deliver the pizza after it has been cooked is unacceptable. Getting food that is cold unacceptable. When ever I call to find out why it’s taking so long, I get rushed off the phone, unacceptable. I live off of 46th street and highschool road, it should not take an hour and a half to deliver a pizza from that location. If you live near this location, you better off calling piezanos pizza. They are more prompt about delivery and will not charge a delivery fee, which means a better tip for the driver. They need better leadership at this location in my opinion.

I called in a delivery order to my husband’s work. I tried pizza hut first but they were’nt delivering. I guess thats understandable since Indianapolis is forecast to get six inches of snow. My next option was Domino’s and I’m glad I called. They WERE delivering, friendly, and on time! My husband said he prefered them anyways and now so do I. Big thanks to the staff for still working in this kind of weather!
