Curley’s Cleaners

Great customer service, fast turnaround, reasonable prices, Curley’s Cleaners has it all. It’s great going in seeing the same friendly faces and knowing that stains are almost always coming out! The only shirt Curley’s couldn’t save in the last 4 years was my «bachelor party» shirt, which was covered in blood (don’t ask).
I’ve been a customer at Curley’s on Illinois St. since 2011 and love the convenient location and customer friendly hours. I really appreciate the new ‘Spot On’ rewards card and have already cashed in on good discounts. I’m excited to see the updated building façade once it’s finished. Thanks for a consistently great experience!

Curley’s is my go-​to cleaner (and now tailor). Michael is lovely… It’s no wonder people have been going to Curley’s for decades. You’ll know why when you walk in. Their customers are very loyal.
After moving to Indy in Oct ’14 I gave Curley’s a test run with a small order. They did such a great job that I went back with a ginormous batch of clothing — approximately 60 pieces. Very, very pleased. I did not know that I had left a pair of expensive earrings in a pocket — and the earrings were waiting for me in a small envelope when I picked everything up. A couple of other pieces had hem issues I was not aware of, etc., and each of these pieces had a note attached.
Prices for my items range from $ 4.50 to about $ 6.00. I’m a customer for life.

I bought a Groupon for Curley’s and took a dress and a white sheer top to get cleaned. I got them back a week or so ago and never took the plastic off them until today. My white shirt doesn’t look cleaned at all! STAINS ARE EVERYWHERE! They did nothing! And to top it off there are snags that weren’t there when I dropped it off as well as beading on the collar that is now falling off! I will never go back there, I have never seen such poor service from a dry cleaner ever.

My husband uses this cleaner on a regular basis for both dry cleaning and alterations, when I drop off his clothes or pick them up… everyone is always so friendly! A few times there were misunderstandings on price (my issue as communication with my husband is not always the best) and they were gracious and allowed me to take my husband’s clothing and come back to pay on the next trip. I just used them to fix a broken zipper on a skirt and they did an amazing job. I absolutely love them. If you go, you will be glad that you did!

Since moving to Indy, I have taken all my dry cleaning to Curley’s without problem. The people that work there are intelligent and nice.
Recently, I dropped off my husband’s suit for dry cleaning. I almost forgot to pick it up the night before his big interview. I remembered at 6:45 (Curley’s closes at 7:00). I called them and asked them to stay open a few extra minutes, because I knew I would be there at 7:03 or so… and they did. They were waiting for me when I arrived!
These people go above and beyond for their customers and the dry cleaning is good, too. Thanks, Curley’s!

Had to write a quick little update about how Curley’s got me out of a nasty jam a few weeks ago.
See, I had these 3 SIGNED Colts jerseys. They were being given to various non-​profits to auction/​raffle as fundraisers.
Well… my dog got ahold of two of them. And peed on one of them.
Curley’s was able to clean the jersey to GOOD AS NEW without damaging the signature. They also kept the tags and pinned them back onto the jersey.
All in 1 day turnaround.
