Best nail salon in Indy. I’ve been going to see Tommy here for several years & I’ve always been happy with my acrylic nails. My nails stay on very well & he always does exactly what I ask.

I’ve been going here for almost 6 years now, and they never let me down!!! Tommy is the best working my picky self and Holly gives the best pedicures ever!!! Very detailed, clean and customer service is always on point!!!

Don’t waste your time. Pedi water was cold (asked them to fix and they made it worse) — then she hurried through it (hadn’t had a pedi since summer). Terrible

I recently moved to the north side & realized that the same owners of crystal nails worked in my hometown growing up. Which was awesome, but unfortunately every time I go in I am turned away. The last 5 of 6 times I’ve been in (for eyebrow wax ONLY) I have been turned away or told an absurd waiting time (20 min wait with only 2 other women in the entire salon). On the same day I was turned away two different times. I have never walked into a business and been continuously asked to come back «later». I would not recommend this salon.

Nice enough. The pedicures are good but I feel like my cuticles were ravaged after my latest mani. I’ve had hang nails for the last two weeks and the ends of the white polish on my French tips started looking burned a few hours after they were done. Service and quality were so much better when they first opened. Now it just feels kinda hurried and like they don’t have enough people for the number of customers they have. Currently looking for a new salon.

I’ve been going to Crystal Nails for 6 years. I drive 35 minutes to get the absolute best service from Tommy & Hannah. Their work doesn’t compare to any other salon. I love it there. The salon is very welcoming. They go above & beyond to keep things clean & sanitized. The spa pedicure is excellent, especially since a hot stone massage is included. The prices are just right for the service you receive. I wouldn’t recommend any other salon.
