The staff is really friendly. That’s the only positive. The hotel room smells weird since it’s a long stay hotel, they clean it once a week… The main frustration is Internet. Internet is horrible. In 2015, I have to struggle connecting to internet in America… My 15 day stay at this place has made me think Internet is so important in booking a hotel. Thanks candle wood… I’m not gonna come back.

I made online reservations in May for this weekend and when I arrived Friday they had given away my room. You could not find a hotel in Indianapolis this weekend because there were mutliple events going on including the Indiana State Fair. The lady with the pink hair at the desk (dressed unprofessional for a hotel desk, may I add) was snooty and acted like they were doing me a huge favor by calling hotels asking if any had a room available because they screwed up. I will never book in a Candlewood again because of these two broads.

This is a great place for a long-​term stay. Very friendly staff and very clean. Its great that the laundry is free! And its dog friendly!

Great service. Comfortable and clean rooms. We used the park, sleep and fly before a trip. I was looking for a place with comfortable beds, a pool and airport shuttle service. This was the best I could find that met all of my needs. It was about $ 130 for the night with the park and fly option. They have a continental breakfast, pool and hot tub and because they have extended stay-​each room has a full furnished kitchen. The popcorn in the microwave was a welcome treat.

If internet access is critical do not stay here! I got kicked off every 5−10min this made sending photos and reports take 10x longer than usual and I had a deadline.
This place was clean/​new and offered complimentary laundry facilities.
