California Connection Gourmet Deli

They did such a great job customizing the menu for our wedding reception, at a reasonable cost! We got the poached salmon, veggie mostaccioli and lemon herb chicken. All three were such a big hit with our family and friends, but the veggie mostaccioli in particular! We barely had any leftovers because people kept going back for more! It was such a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Rewind two years ago to when my husband and I were planning our wedding.
We’d received quotes for $ 50 per person for food, let alone beverage, and that just wasn’t going to fly with our budget. We kept looking and landed on California Connection.
Gourmet Deli doesn’t even begin to explain how incredible California Connection is at their job. We were on a tight budget and needed to feed a lot of people. They pulled it off with the utmost attention to detail, service, and quality. They served our guests buffet-​style, where we opted for their horseradish crusted salmon and citrus rosemary chicken. Basic wedding food, but it was delicious and the price was right.
On a side note, California Connection even allowed us to get a temporary beer and wine permit and bring in our own alcohol. Their servers were licensed to serve and worked the bar. This alone saved us a ton of money — plus we were able to serve local beer and wine.
