G-​H-​E-​T-​T-​O ! The employees were just about to put them paws on each other when I was about to order. My order was delayed because the employees had to take a «cool down» moment. If you’re stopping for fast food off the highway, just go to the gas station. Completely unprofessional.

When in doubt order the farmhouse chicken salad. It’s consistently good and somewhat healthy. Now, if you’re feeling a little more like you want some bad for you but super tasty food, go for the curly fries and/​or a chocolate turnover. I just tried my first one and it was so delicious. The chocolate is gooey in all the right ways! The staff here is always very friendly and service is always quick. Much appreciated on busy work days!

I’m not usually in the area, but I work with an adult with Down syndrome who lives near this location. We went there yesterday for lunch. I did not order anything, however, the staff (I wish I knew his name– he had reddish hair) who waited on my client was extremely patient with him as he sometimes struggles to communicate. All I can say is he went above and beyond for myself and especially my client and I can’t begin to express how much I appreciate it. I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, but I was really happy with the service– it definitely wasn’t the typical fast food service you expect.

Typical fast food Arby’s — the one thing that stuck out was that the ladies were exceedingly polite. Definitely more than what I expect when I go to a fast food joint. Not sure if I was the uniform or not, but I’d like to tank that they were just happier than a normal crew which will have me coming back when I’m craving a beef and cheddar with some horsey sauce.
