Cheryl is the. manager of this pharmacy. She was rude & impatient with my mom and I today. I dropped off her rx & there was confusion when it was processed under a similarly named person. But rather than researching the error, CHERYL continued to insist WE dropped it at the wrong pharmacy. Thankfully after she left for the day, her very professional & apologetic co-workers discovered the error & we got the proper medication. Maybe one of them should be in charge of this pharmacy. Thank you Jose & a particular thanks to VANESSA who acted with upmost care & professionalism.

Liz the assistant was so awesome! She told us about an additional discount that we didn’t even know about… Store is nice too, but good service always trumps all :)

The CVS in Palm Springs did not have my medicine in stock and it would have been a 2-day wait to receive the next shipment. I called the manager, Robin, at CVS in Indian Wells who saved the day by generously offering to bring the medicine to CVS Palm Springs herself. Robin is a manager who goes above and beyond for customer service. Thank you so very much, Robin!

I would have given this store 5 stars until yesterday. I have shopped there for years. Yesterday a woman was trying on Loreal lipsticks on her hand and on her lip(yuk!). I reported this to a clerk and the manager, Richard, who did nothing. Finally I told her to stop myself,.I just couldn’t stand it any more. So beware. if you are buying lipstick there it might have been on someone’s mouth.

The store stocks as much as any other chain drug store; can usually find what I need. I don’t have a problem with the décor. The guys at the front register are always friendly. BUT I dread having a prescription filled here because the older woman at the register is snappish(this has happened 3 out of 4 times) and one of the other pharmacy women was rather rude on another occasion. I’m a well-groomed senior with good manners, so it wasn’t that I looked or behaved like an «undesirable» customer. No excuse, really. I’m going to switch my prescriptions to another store even though this is the closest to my desert home. I see that another reviewer complained about the pharmacy staff, too.

The pharmacists are rude and unhelpful. The had a promotion that if you buy $ 30 worth of Gillette products, you get a $ 10 reward card. Well I bought $ 37 of Gillette products and they didn’t give me the $ 10 reward card. So I had to schlep back to the store and explain to them what happened. Then the cashier took about 20 minutes verifying that there was in fact that promotion going on, then she took about 5 minutes trying to figure out how to give me the $ 10. Don’t bother. All around just rude.

This store is clean and well stocked, with friendly staff. Located next to Ralphs in Indian Wells, the store is almost hidden from street view depending on which way you are traveling. The pharmacy is always busy. Although the line does move, it seems to be a popular place to fill a prescription. There seems to be at least a few people in line when I get there, so good for them for always being busy. The doctor’s office now sends the prescription over electronically, so I hope it will be ready when I get there, but not always. Since I only have prescriptions when I’m sick, this is not the time I want to spend in line, so the 10 – 15 minutes to wait seem worse than they may actually be. Front of the store can be busy as well, but the lines move fast. Staff at both the front of the store and back at the pharmacy is always friendly.

What can ya say…7am, or 11pm… Need some cough drops or in my case, some juice and swimmer diapers for the kiddo? Yup, you can count on these folks having them. This particular CVS was clean and well organized, which was nice as I have been in some that could really have used a little TLC. I found everything I needed and was greeted by a smiling cashier… then back out the door and back to the pool before I was missed. +1… Thanks!
