Every flavor we tried was amazing, even the vanilla! Will definitely go back again and again. You will not be disappointed!

Holy yum! I’m glad I checked Unilocal before just heading out to get ice cream. This place is definitely 5-​star legit.
Very small shop at the end of a strip plaza… really easy to miss if you’re not looking for it. When we walked in the owner was making waffle cones and it smelled so scrumptious! Just enough flavors to choose from; I got cookie butter and salted caramel, my husband got coconut and butterfinger. They were all equally worth trying and I’ve never tasted a waffle cone THAT fresh & flavorful!
They even offer doggy ice cream so bring your fur kid. I only wish there were tables and chairs for outdoor sitting with my dog. I only saw one small bench outside the door so I had to leave him in the car (my auto start will only keep the car running for 10 minutes so thankfully they weren’t that busy) and eat with him in the car.
Can’t wait to go back to try more flavors.

Stopped in looking for ice cream on vacation. Legit homemade ice cream, tons of flavors, and exceptional customer service. Was one of the best shops I’ve ever been.

I was disappointed. The flavors left a lot to be desired. The portions were not great and the service was super slow. Never going back:(

Great service, natural ice cream, good selection of flavors! Definitely recommend! I had the Blueberry ice cream and it was amazing! Not too sweet, real blueberries in it, and so creamy :)

Ordered a baby cup with cookie butter ice cream and it was probably my favorite thing ever. The girls totally overfilled the cup, which I was not upset about. It was crowded but they did a great job with a few annoying and slow customers in front of us. Would definitely visit again.

I don’t know WHY I’m reviewing this b/​c it already gets 5 stars but I suppose might as well. I got the chocolate peanut butter (b/​c I’m boring) and it was divine and I don’t even LIKE ice cream. But sometimes, you are with your family on the beach and the best thing to do is eat it anyway. The line grew and grew once we were in it. Staff was just OK in the friendly department. They were busy and I assume it’s always like that at spring break so no stars off, just something I noticed. It was delish. Don’t skip it if you are in Indian Shore. Seriously — just go now.

This is the best place around for homemade ice cream! We stopped by and chatted with the owner Jessie while we enjoyed our ice cream and he was very nice! He makes all the ice cream on site with all natural ingredients. My husband tried the rum raisin on recommendation of the owner and it was incredible! Wishing Jessie and Amy Johnson of Haze Ice Cream all the luck on their new business and we hope to see them again next year!

The best Ice cream I have had in the area yet! They use all real ingredients and the ice cream is rich, creamy and delicious! Its also a fun relaxing atmosphere with friendly customer service. My hubby and I were able to sample a couple flavors because we went at a not busy time. I got Coconut with Cookie Butter and my hubby got Coconut and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in a waffle cone. They gave him a fresh waffle cone and he made yum noises the whole time he ate it. I had the Cookie Butter and Coconut like a Coconut Cream pie. The Coconut was divine! And the Cookie Butter literally tasted like I was eating a rich, cold, creamy spoon full of Cookie Butter out if the jar. We will be back!

Great Ice Cream. Actually it was better than great. Best ice cream ice had in the area and the prices were pretty good. I tried the Apple Pie, Key-​Lime Pie, and Blue Berry ice cream and all were great. In this case of this ice cream shop having a 5 star review. It’s totally a legitimate rating and I couldn’t agree anyone. Beats any place I have back home.

Holy moly. Haze Ice Cream went above and beyond with what I expected. The ice cream is made here and the owners take pride in all of their creations. I was lucky enough to get the rum raisin ice cream and it was phenomenal. I was told that they soak the raisins in dark rum over night. My family got the salter caramel and they couldn’t stop saying good things about it. If you’re in the area definitely stop at Haze. The ice cream was great and the owners were so nice. (BTW I got the size «lil mama» which is two scoops and I couldn’t finish it one sitting. YUM!)

So, we stumbled upon this place by accident and are SO glad we did!
Honestly, this is the creamiest, yummiest ice cream on the beach. I love the fact that it is house made with natural ingredients. We ordered the key lime and orange cream and sampled a few others including cookie butter (!), Mexican hot chocolate and bourbon bacon. Everything was absolutely delicious! Since our first visit, I’ve brought a few friends and their kids and everyone was in agreement that this is the best on the beach.
The service was great too!

I’m a sucker for ice cream so this place immediately caught my eye when we moved into our condo for the week. Once I saw that they on average had 5 stars from all other reviews on Unilocal,I knew we’d have to get to this place sooner rather than later. My cousin and I convinced our family to get our shoes on and head out the door to cross the street. As we headed to the elevator, I noticed there was a line out the door. My first thought: «Better live up to the hype.»
We got into line (outside) at 8:30pm, and we were inside in 5 – 6 minutes. That’s when I could take in everything. The menu: ice cream, coffee, smoothies, etc. The atmosphere: vinyl covers and posters on the wall, rock music playing. The fact that the ice cream is made from scratch (and there are dairy-​free options). So far this place was winning my approval.
We got to the point to order our ice cream, and I noticed they had typical flavors, like chocolate chip, cookie dough, and butter pecan. They also had a Mexican *HOT* Chocolate, Key Lime Pie, and Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cup. I got the Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cup, and it was everything you could ever dream of in chocolate-​y peanut butter-​y goodness. My stepdad got the Key Lime Pie, and holy wow, was it good. I might have to go back for a scoop of that later this week. I also plan on going back for a smoothie.
So, after seeing the reviews on here and witnessing the line out the door at 8:30 at night, I totally believe the hype and definitely recommend making a stop at Haze for some ice cream. While you’re at it, grab a bottle of old fashioned soda out of the fridge and enjoy your visit.

Mexican «Hot» Chocolate … Ayayayayayaye!

Every beach needs a proper ice cream shop.
And I wouldn’t be me if I were not coffee hunting at the beach, so I was happy to learn this place will serve me a latte.
I really like the casualness of the shop.
The reggae vibe.
Music themed ice cream + coffee shop.
Latte was perfect, and yes the staff was fun.
Will certainly return, and may even try the ice cream.

Love this new ice cream spot! Everything is made on house and is extremely tasty and fresh. We came in last month before Christmas and I tried the peppermint bark ice cream which was to die for… I wish they had it year round. I will definitely be back for more next time I’m in the area.

HUGE portions. More for the money than you’ll get anywhere else in the area.

This is a very good independent ice. cream shop in a plaza. They have some rich and delicious flavors. I found a *spoiler alert* malted milk ball at the bottom of my waffle cone which was a nice surprise. The staff /​owners were friendly and helpful and let us try various flavors. It was good stuff and we enjoyed the visit. :) Thank you.

The flavors are so unique. My favorite was the key lime pie. There’s nothing better than local ingredients and homemade products.
The owners are the nicest people you’ll meet too. They moved down to follow their dreams and open a one of a kind ice cream shop on the beach and I’m so glad they did!
