Ride N Roll Cyclery

I had to get my tube replaced because I had a flat. It was $ 25 and come to find I got another flat 2 weeks later. They used the wrong size tube. The staff is really nice but I’m pretty upset they used the wrong tube to fix it.

Originally I gave them a scathing review because of some problems I had with them, but they have since rectified them.
The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Once my bike arrived they assembled it quickly and professionally.
My only complaint would be the lack of communication I received. I was told they would call me back and they never did.
Other than that it is a good place with a large selection.

I have a 12 yr old super made recumbent bike. Over the years I would go into bike shops, and even to THE MANUFACTURER directly to see if I could possibly have a basket with a cage cover over it mounted behind my recumbent back. All I got was, «no, it can’t possibly be done. One day I went into Ride and Roll on Seminole Blvd and met MIKE. He did not give me an absolute yes, but he had several ideas and they worked. He custom made an adjustable mount so the basket could be moved backward if I needed to open the cage cover to put my pet in as she goes with me whenever I ride. Because of his creativity and knowledge it worked out perfectly. Now I can take my pet with me whenever I ride for long periods of time and in comfort. Thank you Mike! PS: Thre months before meeting Mike I purchased another bike with a front basket so I could take my pet, which was ok, but it lasted only for a short while. Because of arthritis back problems I was unable to ride the new one it for any length of time. I WAS REALLY MISSING MY RIDES ON MY COMFY RECUMBENT BIKE AND AGAIN STARTED OUT ON MY QUEST SEARCHING FOR A WAY TO GET A BASKET ON THE REAR OF THAT RECUMBENT BIKE. SO, THANKS AGAIN MIKE AND ROCK N ROLL CYCLERY! You will be my choice for cyclery from now on.
