Precision Hair Salon

OMG. What a horrible experience we had today at this place. The owner is flat out mean and abusive to her clients as well as her co workers. I cant even put words to what happened today, I’m still reeling from it.
She was so offensive I couldnt wait to get out of there. Not only did I walk away looking like a pumpkin from botched highlights, she missed 50% of my grays. Frigging unbelievable, but hey what can you expect from someone who cant focus for more than 3 minutes max. And we were lucky to escape in 3 hours.
I dont know what she is on, but I do know she needs to refrain from partaking while she has clients in the store. If she isnt boozing or taking drugs, she needs to go to Circles of Care. Im dead serious about that, it was scary.
It was absolutely the worst salon experience I have ever had.
Sarah on the other hand was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Kudos to you Sarah.

I went and had Bradt style my hair today for a much needed redo, he was wonderful, and I Love it! Thank you Brandt! The owner Valerie and all her staff were very friendly and it was a relaxing and had a very professional but welcoming feeling!

I just went to this Salon and had Crystal as a stylist. She is so sweet and nice, very caring! Her main focus is to get you your «dream» hair, and to always leave happy! The enviorment is very welcoming and have amazIng prices! The owner is SOOOO FUN AND SPUNKY! Always makes you laugh, and have a good time while getting pampered. I highly recommened this salon! I guaruntee you happiness upon leaving! Ask for Crystal! She is amazing, I am very happy and I will be back!

I’ve been going to Crystal for almost one year now and have both coloring and highlighting done every other month and a haircut every month. I always leave very happy with the excellent job that she does.

Precision has to be one of the best salons i have come across in Florida. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Valerie styles my hair and is very attuned to her clients wishes. I have been in the salon quite a few times in the past months and I have to say male or female, young or older, everybody leaves looking great.
Normally I do my own hair but she has earned my trust. Liz

I had an appt with Valerie tonight and left before she even did my hair. She seemed a little pushy on the phone but I was open-​minded. When I sat down, she ripped my hair out of my pony tail really hard. When I tried to tell her what I was looking for, she kept cutting me off and making me feel bad for not being able to explain it in hairdresser terms. She proceeded to make me feel stupid and spoke down to me for not having an exact, clear answer. I even tried to show her pictures, but she kept grabbing and hitting my phone and wouldn’t let me speak. I asked about 3 times to see a swatch book, and she finally sat me down on a couch with it and walked away to tend to another customer she had left mid-​shampoo. She then asked a different customer whose hair was processing to help me figure out what color I wanted. She kept coming up to me and grabbing me and getting in my face about figuring it out. I finally took off the cape and towel and politely told her I would come back later with a better picture of what I wanted, and walked out. I was uncomfortable from the get-​go and will never be returning to this salon.
