Extremely poor customer service! I needed a gun shipped to the area and asked them to fax their papers to the seller so the gun could be shipped. For 2 days they kept saying they would fax the paperwork. They never did. They lied to me repeatedly instead of just saying they were too lazy to fax the form. I ended up going with «The Gun Lady» in Merritt Island and they faxed the paperwork immediately and at half the cost! Avoid this place if at all possible!

Called them concerning an item posted on Cragslist and was told that it was still in stock. I drove 30 mins to this ugly place just to have the same guy tell me that it actually was sold 2 days ago. Learned another valuable lesson.
