I thought it only fair to follow up on my previous experience with Imperial Beach Guns. My refund check finally arrived and I decided not to do business with gun shops ran out of the garage. I ordered the same weapon on line and had it delivered to Chula Vista Gun Store. Even with the transfer fee and background check, I came out $ 87.23 ahead of the transaction with Imperial Beach Guns. There was no drama or misunderstandings and everything was explained with crystal clarity. Having looked at the bigger picture, it’s my opinion that my pigmentation was the factor in this misunderstanding. I feel that were I White, there would have been zero issues.

Meant to do this after returning from Deployment, but life got in the way a bit.
Ordered a Henry Muddy Girl 22 single bolt action. Stephanie helped me through everything, from ordering it while on and deployment to delivery. She is very knowledgeable in the gun laws for California and informed me that CA had a 10 day mandatory waiting period. Once I returned into town, she was very helpful and worked around my schedule to ensure the paperwork was filled out.
I’ll definitely be doing work with Stephanie again in the future.

I have had two transactions with IBGuns. Both were smooth with no problems whatsoever. Stephanie is very pleasant and knowledgable about ffl rules and will guide you through the process if necessary. As for the bitter review it is up to us as consumers to know laws pertaining to the ownership of firearms and the receive of the firearm from a Federal Firearm licensed dealer. Note that the waiting time is down to the last second that you can take position of the firearm. Be sure to read and review all of your paperwork. Thanks Stephanie and Co. I will be using you in the future.
