I called the night before to get a price for an oil change. I asked him if he honor the last price that the vehicle was services. I told him what vehicle I drove and he gave me a price of $ 64.99. That was the price I paid before. I show up in the morning and the price jumps to $ 90 I explain to him that I called blah blah blah… The manager won’t work with me. Next time I’m headed down the the street to Woodys auto care.

Came in for a an oil change. Efficient, quick and honest! I bring all my cars to these guys!

5 months ago. Fast service, inspection, two new tires, oil. Good quote, water smoking out.
Recently today in November 2015, I came back for another oil change and inspection. Same problems yet now saying all kinds of new problems.
Rear differential bone dry, radiator flush different color, and head gasket water smoking out. Alignment for front right tire yet again.
Why weren’t these detected last time? Aren’t they suppose to top off these fluids whoever they inspect?

Came in to get my car inspected for UBER as a walk in. As soon as I walked in to Express Tires, I was helped right away. They had Great customer service! Eddie inspected my car right away and gave me the vehicle inspection results in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate all of their help, I’ve been in several shops and the wait has been ridiculous.

Service was Okay. Got the 18.95 Oil Change package! Tires weren’t rotated like it said it would! And Not So friendly people. Not too satisfied

How these guys stay in business I’ll never know. Went in for a free Über inspection. Ended up spending 1300 bucks on new tires (somewhat expecting that, they did need it) and new front control arms. They also performed an oil change that I didn’t know about until I picked up the car. Would have been fine, but they over tightened the oil drain plug so I couldn’t get it off myself when i wanted to do ot at home 3000 miles later. Went back to get it off and of course they won’t do it unless I get another oil change. Would tell them to buzz of (putting that politely) but I had a trip planned for the next day. So they got another twenty bucks out of me and forfeit all further business from me. I hope by writing this review I can prevent anyone else from making the mistake of trusting these guys.

Went in for an über inspection, Arturo the manager took great care of me. He was friendly, super professional. He had me in and out without hassle. Would definitely recommend and return for future work.

I’ve visited Express Tire three times in the past two years. The service was never great, but they got the job done. Today is Sunday, and not many places are open. Drove into Express Tire on my spare. Showed the mechanic my leaking tire. He looked at it for one second, and with no explanation told me, «We don’t patch tires like that here. You need to buy a new one.»
I admire Express Tire for their clairvoyant workers, but I don’t think I’ll be heading there ever again.

Took my car here for a safety inspection check to be able to drive for Über. Before I arrived my car was not making any noises and was driving fine. Of course they find something’s that needed to be changed like: new tires, new air filter, transmission leak, brakes on front and back, etc. I then get a quote of $ 900 plus tax to fix everything needed to pass inspection. I told them I couldn’t afford this right now but will return when I can. They immediately offered me a finance option, I get it, they have a quota to meet and that’s why they partner with über to up sell their customers. I’m in sales and knew what was going on. What really pisses me off is that after they put my car back together and send me on my way I hear a scraping noise coming from the front left wheel. Mind you my car was not making any noises when I took it in. I immediately call them back but they are closed at this point. You might ask why didn’t I turn around and go right back, I didn’t hear the noise until I was closer to home and there is no way I was going to drive my car back in this condition. I now have to pay $ 210 to get my break pads changed at the gas station near my house. I got hustled! And because I didn’t do the work with them to pass the inspection they did something to my car, but either way they didn’t and will never get my business.

took my Jeep in for new tires this weekend and the service tech said I needed new back shocks? Quoted me 350 dollars for just the rear 2 shocks. I thought that seemed high so I went online to find out how much shocks are. Most run between 30 and 50. Spoke with the manager and said the quote seemed high. He told me he would give me a super duper good price or something and came up with 250 for both. I agreed because I needed them. I watched a car pull up with my shocks and it took the guy 5 minutes to change. I thought they must be premium shocks for that price. So I look at the make and brand and just looked them up. 31 dollars each and so the labor to put on 2 shocks that took 5 minutes cost 190 dollars. That is a scam if I have ever heard one. This is going to be taking up the chain to corporate first thing tomorrow.
Should have checked this first.

I have been here many times before. Today the 21^st I came in for oil change and the district manager was there. His name was herb. although he was very nice to the customers, he was very rude to his workers him to his manager don’t write over my s***. to me that is very rude and disrespectful when your customers are with an arranged and they hear everything you are telling the manager of your store. Will visit again unless herb is there.

i writing a one star review, this guys can make up their mind i went for a über inspection and the told me all i needed was tire i got a new set of tires some where else because they where cheaper with better warranties and a better brand, i came back and now they fail me again because my car had little things that does not affect the performance of my car they quoted me 1100 dlls for the repairs i thing its a rip off. i will not go back with this company if you can called that way. NO THANKS

So went here with one problem, got it fixed, then come to find out they messed up my lights … Then only to suggest they can take a look at it for another hour … $ 120 an hour, flat rate doesn’t matter if it takes 10mins to fix the problem … 120 flat. So took it to Car audio One down the road and they told me who ever was in there cut some wires and just made it spaghetti … So needless to say NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

NEVER AGAIN. I had called Saturday regarding my check engine light and the car acting funny, I was informed they were very busy and that I could come by first thing Sunday morning to get it looked at. We got up the next morning and took the car in. We had someone read the error codes and so we came in knowing what needed to be fixed; spark plug change.
We were the first to walk in and the person at the counter did not seem like he wanted to be there. Never was there a «can I help you?» just a stare and a head nod. We started telling him our issue and he went out to look at the car and came back. By that time someone else had arrived to work and the first guy just handed him the clip board and he went to check on the car again. I don’t know why… Anyhow, we walk out to the car with him and he calls the mechanic.
The mechanic is walking towards the car and in Spanish starts cursing about it being a pain in the a## to work on. They did not know I speak perfect Spanish. He then opens the hood starts mumbling again says no and walks away.
This was a first for me, someone refusing to take my business and money. I could understand if he was too busy and would have in a nice, respectful, business savvy way explained that. No, just horrible attitude and horrible customer service. I can’t even begin to imagine the work they do with an attitude like that.
We left and took our business elsewhere. They lost about $ 1,000.00 because my car ended up needing a lot more work, broken gasket and 2 other pieces that needed to be replaced. The nice people at Firestone in National City were happy to take my business and knowing it would be a lengthy project didn’t complain one bit, come on, any business would like and extra 1K.
So if you would like to avoid being treated badly, spoken badly about in another language, save your time and go somewhere else.

So I took my car into this shop for an inspection for Über and there was a leak in my transmission, however I just got my civic back from the dealer two weeks ago, and they fixed that problem, not knowing about cars that much, and driving back and forth from the dealer to the shop for the inspection, the manger spoke to the peeps at Honda and they finally fixed the problem, and now I’m going back to the shop on weds morning for the inspection, Wes the manger ROCKS taking time out to speak to the dealer and going above and beyond to ensure the work gets done on my car, although I have to drive 18 miles to the shop and Wes gave me a closer shop but he is worth the long hull. thanks guys!!! never wrote a review but Wes and his guys are worth it!!!

Waiting 2 & half hours with 2 toddlers for an oil change AND I was the first customer that walked in!!! And to top it off the mechanic try to weasel out more cash from me! And the ONLY reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the price for the oil change.

I have used express tires on multiple occasions. After today’s service I wanted to let future customers know that express tires will get the job done in a timely, professional, and, affordable manner.

I wouldnt ask for directions at this place.
I live within short walking distance so when I came out to my tire completely flat leaving to work, it was a convenience issue. My boyfriend and I ask for the price on a used tire to find out they only have brand new for twice the price. No big, we needed it.
Well, then they go on saying tires need to be rotated, balanced, blah, blah, BULLSHIT basically. Everything would come out to about $ 100. No thanks, only because i can’t stand auto repair TELLING you instead of asking, like gentlemen. We mention amongst ourselves we’ll come back for the car once we get a used tire at our regular spot. Ledezma’s Tires on Main St Chula Vista are AMAZING btw, & they straight up say we can’t leave the car there.
Clearly we drove on rim because it was so close but obviously being decent human beings isn’t part of their job description.
I wonder if their mothers know what failures they’ve raised. You all should have been swallowed. :)

Very professional and good people to work with. Has been the go-​to shop for my 92′ 3000GT for alignments among other things.
This last visit was to help with the installation of a swaybar that was not fitting right, even though it was the right part number and year for the car. It took them about 3 – 4 hours which I decided to wait in the lobby. While they installed the bar, they also did a courtesy check on all the torques of my suspension and they also did a new alignment.
Thanks again for helping out with the swaybar, as the next couple of days I was able to prep the car to safely drive and to take to another shop for heavy transmission work. Thanks again!
