Domino’s Pizza

I ordered my pizza at 1716; it was here, perfectly cooked at 1740. The pizza was delicious, thin crust that was perfectly cooked. Easy ordering online and as you can see, it was delivered expeditiously. I think I have found my go-​to pizza joint in IB!

I used the tracker online and it said my pizza was here 10 minutes ago. I called the store and they said I still have a 5 minute wait. Do I get a discount or what?

Great food and customer service! I am never disappointed when I come here. I highly recommend the deep dish!

This location + online ordering = fail.
So its been a year since my last thin crust pizza from this place. Why not get it tonight (saturday 12am). I order online (my first time ever for this place) and proceed to make a large thin crust with ham/​salami/​Alfredo sauce/​feta cheese.
Lets just say theres a lot of pop ups for food items i dont want. Not once but twice… I know what i want to order, the online order should not be cluttered with additional food item offers.
I make an account and sign up for the pizza bonus thing… Why not?
Place order. I show up and pay my order. Walk out and open my box to find… A thin crust pizza, regular sauce, and cut into squares for dome odd reason. I ask if thats my order and the kid says it is.
NOPE! Ask if i want credit for next time… I want a full refund. He offers to make another but they are out of ham. Who runs this place? Is there even a manager working here? All i see is one kid working everything by himself.
Between the countless hoops i had to jump to place a simple online order and the one kid running this shop on a saturday, my experience with this place is just 1 star.
To run out of ingredients on a weekend at a pizza place tells me theres no manager running this place. Why only have one kid working on a saturday night on top of that?
Dont use the online order option if you want convenience. How my order went from what i made to a thin crust cheese pizza cut into squares is beyond me. Upgrade the online order app to actually function right. Hire a manager for this place or you know… Have more than one person working.
Call in your orders to not have any confusion because this location is not caught up technology wise like other pizza places. Maybe its just this Imperial Beach location.
I will not be coming back here… Even though im only a couple blocks away.

I’m giving it an a-​ok only because of the new order on line deal. Can’t complain too much about their pizza, it’s not bad for a last minute wanting something to eat and it’s the go to type of quick food… well sorta. Not in last night’s case. My complaint is that Domino’s offers this on line deal of 2 medium pizzas for $ 5.99. Well, they have this 1 – 5 status on their site so you can see the status of your order, sadly it didn’t cause it was stuck on bake mode. So I said I better call because it’s been over an hour! Normally I wouldn’t have waited this long but I thought hey maybe they tend to serve call-​ins or walk-​ins first. IDK… but called and the guy who answered the call seemed confused and said he didn’t even have my son’s order! I said how about my confirmation number try that cause he asked for our address (DER). He said the pizza was ready about 20 minutes after the order was placed and I explained that it was still on bake mode when we looked on line. We should have gotten a free pizza but they did give my son two fresh pizzas:-) Who knows maybe it was our internet???

It really is a joke when one lives 4 blocks away and it takes over an hour to deliver a sandwich. I hate this effn place. And I’m done with it for good, chumps

I have to definitely warn everyone of the extremely rude and horrible service they have here. Trying to place an order over the phone was excruciating. They give a false advertising over the phone while your on hold and than they very rudely tell me I can’t order two different specials which would of been fine if the guy wasn’t such a jerk about it. He was extremely impatient and had an attitude the whole time. out of frustration I asked for the managers name and he refused to give it to me and just kept repeating to me what I wanted to order. As soon as I said cancel our order from frustration of this headache he hung up on me! Avoid this place at all cost!

Im a really good customer of this place i guess you can say. But today was Owful. So the tracker said my order was out at 10:5ish PM IT LITERARLLY CAME AT 11:45 PM. Like seriously?. I called the place TWICE to see what had happend with my order The first time she didnt even let me finish what i had to say ! In the second occasion they said they had a new driver & that he got lost. I was like okay thats understandable.. So the driver pulled up and didnt even apologize for being so late!!! !!! I was expecting my change but instead he kepted it. The pizza was COLD!!! like dayum what a waste of my money. Never again ordering from this place again.

$ 7.99 carry out deal during the week is the best! Ordered through my app on my phone, the tracker let’s me know when I can go pick it up. Everytime we order from here the customer service is excellent. Very professional and curtious! The pizza is always hot when we get home and made perfectly! Highly recommend this location for customer service and pizza!

I always order the artisan spinach feta pizza and a pepperoni pizza which are great every time.
Always hot, tasty, with just the right amount of sauce… Today when I received my order it was very quick !!! Being I had delivery due to not having my car today. So I was very pleased. Although usually my spinach feta artisan specialty pizza comes on «fancy» crust… today it was on «normal» crust which I thought was weird but still yummy and had that same taste minus the bread part. My son was pleased with his pepperoni pizza and had 3 slices. Overall we were satisfied and belly’s full.

5.99 each for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas but no complimentary Parmesan cheese. it’s $ 2 for a small jar. Good service this time and decent pizza

The Gluten free pizza Honolulu Hawaiin is awesome! 4 stars only because of the size limitation, only comes in 10″ size. Also, it is open Sundays even though its says it is closed on Unilocal

Awesome crew. Very entertaining while waiting for pizza too! The pan pizza is DA BOMB!!!

Pizza got here on time ! One hour but hey it came ! But what !!! The stupppppp driver dropped the wings on my floor before I eve. Got to taste them ! So we had to wait another 10 – 15 for our wings to come again. Grrrr accidents happen but we weren’t very happy after having to wait that long. Just saying! Could have threw in something for free but no! Nada ! What a shame

Awesome sauce! They deliver in less than 29 minutes and who doesn’t love dominos pizza? I love that I don’t have to buy a specialty pizza cause I can make it in a build your own pizza. The workers are very nice unlike at Pizza Hut where they are rude and not very clean in side. Dominoes is good, had great deals and is very clean and fast!

Jose is great he fixed a mistake on are pizza order he went above and beyond great attitude turned a bad situation to a great experience. …

This is one awesome pizza parlor! Okay…
Like…I’m just done delivering to the store, and HOS (hours of service) prohibits me from being able to move my big rig, & baby i am soooo hungry! What do i do? Check out Dominos on Unilocal,get the number, then call. Bahdah Bing! Bahdah Bang! One juicy hot combo pizza siding with hot buffalo wings gets delivers to me @my truck, parked @the store!!! I can dig it!

Usually find this place to do the job but tonight I was disappointed. I got charged for dipping sauce and when my order was delivered it was not with it. The delivery person had to go all the way back to the store to get it… Or course we already are the Parmesan bread bites which is why I bought it. It’s been 20 min and they still are not back with it… The lady on the phone was pretty rude too.

We just recently started ordering from Dominos.
They have proven that we have no reason to order from anyone else.
We ordered 2 handmade pan pizzas. 1 pepperoni/​sausage. 1 Hawaiian.
We decided to try something new. We ordered two of the pasta bread bowls. HOLY SMOKES!!!
Our dinner was DELICIOUS!!!
I was going to take a picture of my husband’s bread bowl, but he devoured it before I could get a pic in. However, I took one of my own after I started munching it so you can see how deep it actually is.
We will think of dominos before ordering from anyone else, even Filippis!
I also want to mention that I love the delivery tracker. Gives us peace of mind.
Add to that a super Fast delivery and nice delivery drivers and you have yourself a customer for life!

Lava chocolate cake is yummy ! Our family’s favorite pizza is the thin crust pacific veggie. Checkout their menu they have really good foodie !!!
