Staker Floral

I was planning my wedding from a distance, so I didn’t have much time. I stopped by 3 times and shared what I wanted. The staff was very kind and helpful when I stopped in, even though they kept losing our order. However, on my wedding day when I stepped out in my dress and saw the flowers for the first time I was in shock. The flowers did NOT match my request in any way, aside from them being red. I asked for the stems to be covered in ribbons and the flowers to be gathered in balls, this was not the case to my dismay :(I was so sad to have received what I did for the price I paid, I wish they would’ve given me more of a heads-​up and we would’ve found another way to do what I had wanted. I am unsure if it was a miscommunication, I don’t think they purposefully didn’t match my request, but it definitely made me sad on my wedding day (and is in all my photos).

We have had bad luck at other florists; so I decided to give Stakers another try! I sent flowers for a funeral; a funeral which we attended. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I saw what they delivered, I was so embarrassed, as the were the very colors the person hated! First of all, I spent $ 150.00 — I told them the flowers and colors I’d like; as well, I told them what NOT to put in there. They put everything that I requested not to be in there (flowers and colors) and nothing that I asked! I called to complain and was told the girl hadn’t written anything down first of all. They said they would have a manager call me, which she did, she did not offer to reduce the amount or anything — just excuses! I will never go there again! So, Floral Art will get my next order! If I could, I’d rate it a big ZERO! I am a small business owner and if I treated people like this, I’d be out of business!

Ordered flowers online at around 1 PM and they were delivered by 4PM. The arrangement that I picked out and ordered online was not available, but Staker Floral called me right away to discuss other options. The recipient said the arrangement was beautiful, but I will probably never know if the arrangement that she received was worth the money that I paid for the arrangement that I picked out online.
