BEWARE. BEWARE…BEWARE
This so called pool specialist installed a brand new vinyl pool liner for us 2011 and left the job partially incomplete I called many many times trying to get ahold of him but he never returns my calls sometimes a women answers takes Mt messages but still no reply. Now it 2015 and upon opening my pool for the season we discovered that it ripped in multiple locations so I called 3 other pool companies to get an estimate and a reason why this happened and all said the same thing who ever installed it installed a liner that was too small and eventually pulled away from the edges and ripped. Guess what I tried calling Bob again and he still refuses to return my call well let’s see if he returns my lawyers call. If I could give him a lower rating I would!!! I hope this review saves someone the headache that I’m going through and hopefully puts that crook out of business!!!
