Have had two occasions to use the services of Emergency One in Hyde Park in the last few months and the staff and care have been great. They’re efficient in their work and totally professional. I’m glad they’re nearby and open on weekends.

The nursing staff was wonderful. The doctor however did zero physical examination and told me to get a MRI for a possible herniated disc in my back. He never shook my hand or seemed to care one bit about my 10⁄10 back pain. I work in the health care industry and have trouble seeing how he came to a diagnosis without so much as asking me any specific questions. He was more interested in his upcoming vacation to Myrtle beach than with my current medical complaint. Again, the nursing staff was great. The doctor was dismissive and the definition of apathy.
