I’m not even sure I want to give 2 stars. I mean I called and ordered 1 medium chicken pizza and I asked if they had boneless buffalo chicken. The person answered yes, she was very monotone and not very friendly at all. so I ordered the 8 piece of what I thought was going to be boneless buffalo chicken. I ordered around 1130am. At 1230pm I still had nothing! I was just about to call when I get a call from the driver. Saying he couldn’t find the address in his gps and I spelled it for him(just as I did on the original call) I waited another 20+ mins for the food to arrive and then he called again when he got there which I found weird as its a single house he could have just pulled up. Anyway I got my food and the pizza was fine but the chicken was regular chicken nuggets and a container of hot sauce! Neither the chicken or the sauce were very good and I wasted a bunch of money as I threw it out.

3 out of the last five times I used these guys it took an hour for them to deliver a pizza. That’s it. Never again been burned too many times.

I am in the biggest shock of my life. No, mother didn’t die. No, I didn’t lose my job. None of the above. I bit into a piece of their pizza and I was at a complete loss of words for about seventeen minutes, twelve seconds. I wanted it. It needed me. I neeeeeddddd it… That’s how gripping the taste was. As crazy as this sounds, I would trade my mother’s sisters cousin and a goat to help replicate that taste. It’s that good.

Ok, so this evening me and a couple of my friends ordered two pizzas and cheese bread. we ordered online and waited about 2 hours for our pizza to get to us. When we got our pizza, our cheese bread was missing but we got the marina sauce. We realized when he started to drive away and we called his cell phone that he gave to us. We asked him to bring us our cheesy bread and he apologized and said he would bring it right back. we watched from our dorm room window to see when he would be back and we watched him drive away. I called the shop, because we were charged and asked to speak to the manager. a man with an accent answered and was extremely abrupt and was not willing to help. I simply asked for the delivery man to turn around and give us our cheesy bread. he hadn’t made it that far, I didn’t think that was too much to ask. He tried to say that it would take 2 ½ hours to get to us, in hopes that we would just brush it off and tell him it was no big deal. which at that point we would not have been hungry at all anymore. so I asked if he could just return the money that we were charged, he ignored the question and told me that I would get my cheesy bread as soon as possible. I was angry with the customer service that I was receiving and he’s rudeness was not helping his cause. I settled on them sending me some cheesy bread but asked to make sure they would get a fresh batch and not some that was left over for 4 hours. We waited another 2 hours for cheesy bread and when we got it was freezing cold and rock solid. not at all what I expected. I called after getting the bread to let the manager, who was a completely different«manager» than who I talked to prior to this phone call, I just wanted to let him know I was very dissatisfied with my service, and instead of apologizing intensively, he just hung up on me. so safe to say that the Hyde Park Dominos just lost 6 very well paying costumers.

AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE I waited well over an HOUR for my delivery after being told 25 – 45 minutes. I called to check the status and was told they were busy and he’s on his way(3 times she kept telling me this). I ask that the attendant PLEASE contact the driver as this seemed to be a bigger issue then simply running late, she comes back on the line and tells me the driver has been in an accident and they are sending another driver over. Not only did she disregard my concern, but she wasn’t trying to find out the real issue and didn’t even offer an apology or a discount for a future order. Unbelievable. I work a Security post and am unable to leave my post, so therefore I was left without lunch because it got too late to order elsewhere. Thumbs DOWN!

False advertisement –my son was told after changing his mine for an order he can only order with a credit card –when I spoke to the manager he confirmed he lies because he assumed it was a prank call – I guess people are not allowed to change their mines !
