THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NOW!
We had a contract for more than 3 years and had great service. After they restructured, all they cared about was new business and not the customers that kept them afloat. When I asked to speak to the owner, the new GM repeated that he was not available and invited me to come talk to him «to his face!» WOW! A company that will offer to fight you before they can help you!

I have gotten excellent service from swimkare without actually giving them a dime. I was referred to them by Captiol Pool service, because CPS did not service concrete pools with vinyl liners. I just bought a house with a pool and the sellers left it in a … green state. The pool is filled with thick, squishy algae. I called Swimkare to have someone come out. The rep on the phone said she would tell me exactly what I needed to do, since I could do it myself and the hourly charges would get costly.
Part of her recommendation was to backwash the filter. I did this, but afterwards my pump started making a really weird noise. I had no idea what this meant, so I called swimkare, and left a message with their on-​call service. I got a callback in under 5 minutes, and the manager, Kirk, talked me through several steps to debug where the problem was. He was very patient and his instructions were very clear. After about 20 minutes we were able to track down the problem. And now I have a crash course in how my pool pump, filter and skimmer work. I will definitely be calling them for any pool service.
