Qdoba Mexican Grill

Ehh! Service was so slow I was tempted to hop over the counter and show them how it’s done. Food not as good as the one in Los Angeles. Would have gone to Chipotle, but they had another e-​Coli breakout again. Oh well it is what it is.

GROSS I wish I could give more stars but the place away from the burrito line is very dirty.
I found out when I ate there one morning I went with a friend because I usually do to go. The bathrooms has flies, the eating area has flies, the floors and tables are so disgusting.
When I mentioned it to the manager she acted as if it wasn’t a big deal and walked away after saying okay.
I’ve been to that location before but the first time eating in and walking into the bathroom I was disgusted and would never ever go back. Terrible management and zero cleanliness.

Warning! They are scam artists!!! The half price student Wednesdays is a good deal. However, I called them specifically asking if there’s a limit to how many that applies to. They clearly said there is not. I went in there to buy one for myself and get 2 for other people with whom I had already told about the deal. When I got up to the register after they had already made all of them, they only gave me half off for one. Now the people I bought the others for are annoyed that I paid full price for theirs. I offered to let them keep the half that I had to pay for and am now done a lot of money. Seriously, that deal seems to be just a way to trick people into spending much more than they are thinking they’re going to.

it’s almost $ 8 for a meal here on half off Wednesdays?! GO TO CHIPOTLE it’s cheaper and tastes wayyyyy better and you get more food!!! The last time I came here I found a pice of HAIR IN MY FOOD I know it wasn’t my hair cuz at that time I had blue hair super packed on Wednesdays too

I felt like I should finally write a review since I’m always here. Like most mentioned on Wednesdays it’s half off for students and I believe teachers. With staff, it varies. Some are short and rude and don’t really listen when you’re telling them what you want. Others are super friendly and nice! Never had a problem with the food.

Here’s why this Qdoba is a winner:

Love this Qdoba! Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I work down the street so I always go for breakfast or dinner and the food quality is never lacking. I have nothing negative to say about them

Qdoba is always good no matter what time uou go ! Unlike chipotle. This location service is pretty decent … The only thing is they blast their AC so high throughout all the season. Even in winter I was freezing eating my qdoba ! If they can put heater in their store it will be just perfect than I can give them a 5 star. There restaurant is pretty clean just need to change their trash can often. Trash bag was filled near the soda machine. I wish they had sweet tea also.

I went today for the first time and I fell in love with the food. The melted cheese is great and unique. Qdoba is way better than chipotle, great price and great customer service

In comparison to the other Qdoba’s I’ve been too, this one is ehhhh. The beans are always over done and have this very odd texture. Yuck. Otherwise, if I need my Mexican craving to be quickly fixed, this place does the job.

I was in the area so I decided to pop in and have lunch. I ordered the steak burrito. I ask how can you mess up a burrito? Well they did. All the ingredients that should have been hot were cold in temperature. In addition there was hardly any seasoning nor flavor in the beans, steak and rice. It was the first time I tried Qdoba’s and for sure the last !

Decent quality Qdoba. It was quite amusing to hear the middle aged white man in a suit behind me butcher his Spanish. Props for trying, though!

Service was poor. Chencey portion. The group I was with all experienced stomach proplems.

It is B+ version of Chipotle but I seem to be fawned of this location only because of the half priced Wednesdays. This is the only location that is willing to put there business out there to have a half priced day.
I typically get the chips and queso on a day to day basis when it isn’t Wednesday and it is a little disappointing when the portion of queso is smaller than what they use to give out. Other than that, everything is fine. I prefer to get the taco over the burrito because they give you larger portions.
If you plan on going to this place, be careful when coming after 4pm because the local high schoolers love to come here and it is pretty busy afterwards.

My housemate describes this place as a B+ Chipotle. I agree with this– what makes this particular place worth it is that on Wednesday nights, everything is HALF OFF for students! If I get a burrito (huge) and a drink, it’s a little over 4 bucks. That’s a sweet deal!
I’ve gotten the Taco Salad before– request extra sauce, or ask for hot sauce on the side. The dressing’s pretty weak. The taco shell is also not as crisp as one would expect. Instead, it has the consistency and texture of a hard pastry. Not my favorite.
If anything, just get the burrito. A regular chicken burrito. The chicken is great– moist and chewy in the right way– and the portion is huge. I’m not sure if it’s bigger than Chipotle’s burritos, but it’s at least pretty close.
Definitely do ask for extra hot sauce. It’ll be needed. If not for the student deal, I’d say it’s a ³⁄₅.

Yes, ground beef nachos are less than $ 4 on student Wednesdays aaaaand you get a free soda!
No, I am not ashamed to still use my college I.D. a year after graduation.

I adore Qdoba. I frequent this location the most because it is very close to home. I prefer Qdoba over Chipolte because I can’t handle any real heat in my food. Chipotle is right above my threshhold and my stomach can’t handle it. That isn’t to say that Qdoba is bland, not by any means. But, they’re not spicy and I personally like that.
The food is always great and fresh. My only complaint about the food is that their salt and lime chips have absolutely NO salt and lime. They used to serve them with salt and lime and then just stopped. It’s very disappointing as the chips added a lot to the overall taste of my burrito bowl.
I abhor the fact that when I do get chips, they put their hand all the way into the bag to open it. This is after I’ve seen them handle money and credit cards, shaken hands, opened drawers and doors. It’s a wonder I haven’t gotten sick from the germs. I don’t understand why they don’t put on gloves to handle the chips like they do the rest of the food.
They do move quickly. I’ve had several people in front of me get multiple items and I’m still out the door in less than 10 minutes.
Last, the bathrooms are terrible. Always dirty, smelly and disgusting. They rarely have hot water so I’m not sure how the employees are adequately washing their hands.

I went once. The food was disgusting. I was pissed. I wish chipotle was here Instead. Eff them!

This is the only Qdoba I will patronize. The only day of the week I go to this Qdoba is Wednesday and the only reason I go at all is because of half-​off Wednesdays for students. Even then, the food is ok. A few times, either I was really hungry or it was really good… Other days it’s not good at all, but most Wednesdays it’s just decent. But I will admit that my friends and I go here almost every Wednesday. 3 dollars for a burrito bowl? I’m a college student, that’s music to my ears!
I’ve eaten Qdoba twice when it wasn’t Wednesday and both times I vowed I would never do it again. Chipotle is waaaaaaayyyyy [I could keep going] better, so drive around the corner to Baltimore Ave and go to college park for Chipotle.

Qdoba is your spot if you want to live this way. Qdoba is good. Really good. But they give you TOO MANY BEANS!
