They taste fresh, they seem and taste like they take pride on their jobs. The food is full of good good flavors.

I eat here often, & today I ate the eggs with chorizo. The chorizo was fried a little too hard but everything else was very tasty. I labored thru eating & chewing it. Their version of fried extra crispy tilapia that is «excellent» & plentiful. Some folks are used to eating fish fried in cornmeal, but this is a whole new ball game. Now, I never want to eat another piece of fish without the face on it.

Second time I’ve been here. Love the pupusas. I tend to be picky about pupusas because I grew up with them but these are great. I had the bean and cheese pupusas which is my go to. The waitress was very attentive and the food came out quickly. Whenever I’m in the area I definitely try to hit this place up.

I went to this place based of the review but this place is full of roaches. While I was waiting for my food. I noticed roaches on the wall. I mentioned it to the waitress and she killed it with her elbow. I was shocked/disgusted. You could tell it was common. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This is the most convenient pupuseria to me so I’ve returned a few times. Haven’t seen that silly server so that’s cool. The pupusas are consistently above average. They are yummy and the filling to tortilla ratio is always perfect. The chicharrones can be dry sometimes but good enough and the appetizer is saved by the yucca which nails being crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

I would first like to say out of all the pupusas I’ve had in this area these are the best! The service is okay. However they are kind of slow if you order when there. When I order ahead they are ready in 5 – 10 minutes. I usually get revueltas and they are to die for!

Came here and had the sopa de res. It was not good. There was a lot of grease/oil in the soup and the flavor was sub-standard.

Went here because of a recommendation. It was good but not the best. It was cheap and quick despite the fact it was busy when we got there. The horchata wasnt that good though.

Hands down best tacos and pupusa in MD/VA/DC. If you want great food this is the place. It’s doesn’t have alcohol. It’s not place to take your first date.

Ordered 2 pupusas to go and they were great, but they were a bit on the oily side. The wait staff was really nice. I thought 20 minutes was bit long for my order being the fact there was only 1 patron dining in on my arrival.

Didn’t feel like cooking today so I came here thinking it was a Peruvian place(you know, the ones with the fried yucas). The food was good, you don’t feel bloated and the service was fast. I walked out full and only paid 10 $ for a homecooked meal. The only downfall is that this place doesn’t have appetizers or side dishes. So no fries, totstones, etc.

Perfect for lunch time. They serve relatively fast and the food is delicious. The place is clean and has enough parking spaces.

I love this place! I’ve never had bad food. Now, they don’t really speak English so, make sure you check your food. My chicken salad often turned into a chicken sandwich. Try it out. Yum!

2 times I’ve called for carry out and both times they forgot my order. The food is not bad but the service needs work.

Being originally from California, this has been the best carna asada i’ve tasted. I’m not saying that its California breed food or authentic mexican food because its not. The food is good. The portions to me were a bit small but i only take out, so i’m unsure of the dine in portions. The ladies, even though sweethearts, speak minimal English, so I advise if you don’t know how to order your food or want substitutions this wouldn’t be the place to try some spanish food. Overall my experience ordering out has always been pleasant. Food arrived at a decent time, always hot, carna asada taste great.

This place was alright. A bit salty for my tastes, but they do give big portions and its not too expensive. Happy to have it in walking distance, but its really not worth a visit from those not in the area. Also, they sometimes take a long time to make my food; which totally ruins the whole point of carry out…
