This place sucks! Screwed up my order three times now. Not coming back. Stay away from here.

Watch your back. Incredibly unprofessional/​Rudd management. Screwed up my order so badly that I literally can’t even.
«Please warn your server of any food allergies.»
Warned them. Was about to take a bite of my luke warm sandwich before seeing the topping I WARNED THEM that I could LITERALLY die from ingesting. Wow okay. Gonna keep my cool. Didn’t eat it, mistakes happen, its a rush and go job I get it. Went in and was immediately interrogated about my request to change the uneaten, still ‘fresh’ sandwich which I had the receipt (not five minutes had gone by since my purchase) after i received a long sigh and ‘let me get my manager’ response I had a quick ‘well will make you a new one’.
Okay fine. A little upset but ill just chill by the pick up area of the counter until I receive my new sandwich.
15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES GO BY (two customers came in and out and got their food immediately) before the manager came back out and motioned me over.
«Excuse me but you need to leave.»
«…why?»
“You’re making people uncomfortable.“
WHO. THE CUSTOMERS YOU DONT HAVE? I AM STANDING HERE ALONE. but I kept my chill I swear on my mothers grave.
«Im waiting for my sandwich to be remade. Ya know. The one you almost killed me with.»
«Oh. YOURE the ‘sandwich girl’ yah. Its coming»
Ok were gonna pause for a quick second. WE LITERALLY HAD THIS DISCUSSION EYE TO EYE. YOU TO ME. THAT YOUR SANDWICH ALMOST KILLED ME AND I NEED A NEW ONE. DID YOU FORGET ME BECAUSE SO MUCH TIME HAS PASSED WHILE IVE BEEN STANDING HERE WAITING FOR MY REMAKE? HAVE I AGED SO MUCH THAT YOU DONT RECOGNIZE ME? HOW MANY DAYS HAS IT BEEN. IVE LOST TRACK.
ID LIKE TO REMIND YOU THIS DIM ROD WAS A M.A.N.A.G.E.R.
It took another ten minutes for my sandwich (I’d like to say this experience took anywhere between 35 minutes-​4years) and I received my sandwich and escaped this Pandora’s box of a food establishment before getting in my car, peeking at the toppings to make sure i was off death row, and taking a bite into my sandwich which was F.R.O.Z.E.N. in the middle. Enough that my teeth couldn’t even bite through it.
At this point I honestly believe I was apart of a sick joke. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager (silly me for thinking THIS would go well) explained why the experience bothered me and that I didn’t appreciate the icicle sandwich I received. Asked for a number I could call still in the company that I could voice my concerns with and was laughed at. Seriously. I would rather catch a seagull with my bare teeth in the festival plaza parking lot then give this establish another shot.

Great new look. My son really liked sitting in the cozy corner with the fireplace and big screen TV. Staff is friendly and polite. Food is always great.

So my kids and I stopped by tonight for a «quick» dinner. We ordered one meal a chicken wrap and drink. The order sat on the counter for 15 min waiting on fries until I asked if it was my order. There was a ton of employees but no one seemed to know what they were doing. Once they deemed the order mine I waited another several minutes for them to walk the 5 feet to bring my son his fries. I’m the whole it’s what you expect for fast food … 0 quality. I think in the future when we decide on fast food we’ll opt to go somewhere other than Wendy’s.

Just ok.
Sort of slow.
Staff doesn’t speak English & they don’t want to give you your receipt.

Ordered two singles. No cheese. Ketchup only. Got home and had a single with EVERYTHING and a single with double cheese. We went in and I reviewed the order on the screen and thought we would actually have the correct order but alas it was wrong again…
So tired of getting the wrong order every time we go there. We are done.

I’ve obviously had better burgers, but I also have had worse burgers. Fries stink, nuggets beat every other «chain,» so does the dipping sauce.
If your looking for a high calorie, low spending, bummy kinda day, you could do worse than Wendy’s.

For small change, and a quick meal, Wendy’s always delivers.
The only drawback of this location would be that the food could be a bit hotter when served.

We were on our way to Hyannis to go deep sea fishing and was hungry. This location was convenient in and out and has a large parking lot as well as outdoor eating. The environment looks fun and inviting compared to others I’ve been to.
The only part i didn’t like about this restaurant was it’s bathroom. Perhaps because of it’s location, the bathroom was overused and under cleaned but whenever you go to a restaurant and the bathroom isn’t so clean, it makes you think twice about the establishment.
Otherwise, this place definitely deserve at least 4 stars since their staff is pretty nice and friendly.
