Better than Chipotle?! Maybe, all in what you’re looking for. If you don’t feel like building your own with the same usual ingredients, Burrito Bistro offers a solid list of burritos ready to be made. Personal favorite is the Santa Fe! Definitely give it a try, nice switch up for the same price as Chipotle.

Someone told me that we have a Chipotle at the mall. I was pretty schocked. I never noticed because I’ve been too busy stopping here on a weekly basis to curb my constant burrito craving.

Found this place and so glad that I stopped in. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are also friendly and efficient. I’m just visiting the area but when I come back through I will be stopping here again!

This is a perfectly fine place to grab a quick meal! I had a salad that was crisp, fresh, and delicious. I was not expecting this to be a burrito shop with an Indian fusion! I was quite amused once I got over my SF expectations. I had never heard of ginger dressing on Mexican food. Nor had I expected dressing on a burrito and then there was chutney! There was a part of the menu titled, «Mexican» my mistake for expecting the entire menu to be Mexican. Again my San Francisco expectations. I’ll likely go back. Especially since no one batted an eye when I asked for dairy free. Worth checking out if for nothing rise to enjoy the menu selections

I really like the Santa Fe chicken burrito here. To the point that when we are up this way(from Orleans) I get one to take home and reheat. I get mine with extra chicken, extra sauce(it’s the bomb) no lettuce. Clean up beat atmosphere and a salsa bar is a nice touch, along with wifi. If eating there you can get a beer or slam one down quick while you wait for takeout! They lost one star from me for the plain white rice. I like a seasoned Mexican rice in my burrito, but that’s just me. I’m not a big chip guy but maybe include some if people are eating there? Then you could up sell them to a bottomless basket with a side of guacamole or side of bean dip…

Reminded me of Chipotle. The Thai burrito was good as well as the Buffalo. The first time I went the service was good. The second not so much. Took over 10 minutes to get a smoothie after I ordered it. While they were making it they pulled off to take orders.(Even though there was already a cashier there.)They continued to take orders as my smoothie just sat there waiting to be finished. If I didn’t say anything I’m not sure how much longer it would have taken. It was far from busy.

I love that this place has a wide variety of burritos and sides/salads/soups compared to Chipotle. However, I’m a bit disappointed in the tostada salad(taco bowl). My first mistake there! The shell was either stale or soggy. The dressings that they offer(ginger soy, vinaigrette, blue cheese, ranch) were not a good combination with this meal! I tried the ginger soy — filled with oil and soy sauce. It was a disappointment but all in all, I’d give this place another try — a burrito and smoothie next time!

Solid lunch burrito. Fresh ingredients, could have used some more heat in the salsa.

I am a creature of habit. I find something I like and rage with it! Although I don’t love all their items… Fish tacos are surprisingly my favorite on the Cape! Fish super crispy with delicious sauce and pepper/cabbage slaw. I like a little chipotle Tabasco and pack some cilantro on there too. To die for! Another favorite is the chicken Caesar burrito– never disappoints!

Pretty good alternative to Chipotle. Tried both the burritos and the bowls and they were both great choices!

Mmm. Kind of like a Chipotle, but I’m gonna say better. Service was good. Lots of options. Joe got the Thai burrito, which sounds kind of gross but was actually really good. I got the fajita burrito which was delicious. Also got the Kidsadilla. Which I pronounced Kid-zilla bcs I’m an idiot. It was very simple and not all that filling. But I liked anyway. Btw, they have a veggie mix that you can get instead of meat in any burrito. Even the specialty burritos(eg, the Thai burrito) could sub veggie mix for meat. Got a chai tea which was horrible. Undrinkable. Overall though, we had a good experience. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anybody. Oh, we also got there 15 mins before closing, but they were totally cool about our order and let us stay a little bit after closing to finish our meal leisurely.

Burrito Bistro looks closed from the outside… there isn’t an open sign showing you that it’s open… but once you get inside it’s nice and bright in there… the staff was friendly and helpful… Well let me say the front of staff was friendly… However the cook who was a rather big guy seemed to think he was funny when it came to insulting people who ordered… I heard snide comments from him while waiting and it was Rather a turn off… stars off for him. He even tried to be funny with me when my order was complete however I didn’t want to hear his trash talk however his sous chef thought it was hilarious. I ordered the fish tacos and the boston blue burrito. the fish tacos were great! the boston blue had a wonderful taste to it as well. the only down size is the price! on the wall they have the«regular» sized burrito, and the«large» sized burrito… it’s literally a half inch difference but it’s 3.00 more! that’s where the star comes off at as well! also they will ask you if you want chips with your meal. if you say yes, there will be a dollar charge! I might be back however i’ll need to see if sarcastic snide chef is there first… You should never make fun of people especially if you don’t know them…

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have dreams and intense cravings for the buffalo burrito and wish it came in a larger size than the super! I have never had a bad meal here and recommend it to everyone.

Fast food Mexican — same as Chipotle– or Moe’s Southwest Grille, but not as good.. Burritos, tacos, salads, etc. We had two Chicken tacos($ 7.58), a Spicy Ranch Burrito($ 6.99) and a Thai Burrito($ 6.99). Small side orders of chips are $ 0.99. You order at the front counter, and when they call your number, you pick up at a side counter. When they called our number, I noticed I didnt have the iced tea I ordered, the server, said — «I think it’s up there» — pointing to a ledge near the front counter. It would have been nice if the cashier pointed it out to me originally. The food was average– nothing special or spectacular. The burritos were OK– my Thai Burrito seemed to have a lot of lettuce and carrot in it. The tacos were kind of flimsy and fell apart when picked up. They were served with a teeny tiny ribbon of sour cream, and when we asked for more, we were told«that’s extra». Yeah –nice customer service for a family that just spent $ 27. The salsa bar is a nice feature– one tame and one zippy salsa with add-ins of onion, cilantro, and chopped jalapeño avalable. The store was pretty clean, we saw multiple workers on the dining floor, sweeping the floor and wiping tables. All in all– barely OK in an average Cape Cod way, I doubt we’ll be back

How many times does a burrito have to be made to get it right? Well here. It’s definitely greater than 3 but that’s when we gave up and left. Ordered two large steak burritos and a side of guac and chips. one burrito with sour cream one with not. Seems pretty straightforward, right? Apparently not. They call our number, we go up to the counter, excited to try this new burrito place. One burrito is large and one is small. So we point this out, and ask if the large one the one with sour cream or not, they say it is, and they will remake one without sour cream. They remake it, 5 minutes later, as my burrito is getting cold, they call us again and say here is your large steak burrito with sour cream. Huh? We point out the error again, and the cook actually started laughing at us! I am getting upset at this point, but they say they will remake again. They call us for the third time. and the large steak burrito, no sour cream, is ready. Friend bites into it, its only cold cheese and cold rice. No beans, no lettuce, no guac, no nothing. I guess they figured they wasted two burrito contents on us they don’t want to lose any more product? Friend is starting to get angry. but I think we will make it through the meal. THEN he bites into a piece of chicken! Seriously? We storm up to the counter and demand our money back for the whole meal. Note, my burrito was also cold and flavorless. Guacamole tasted like store bought guac, certainly not made fresh daily as advertised. Tip for this place: fix the order right the first time, or at least the second. Only reason I gave it two stars is that they were fair enough to refund us. Or maybe they just wanted us out of their restaurant before we caused a scene. Save yourself the trouble, and just don’t go.
