Rose Nails

Not happy with my experience so far. Came in for a pedicure and found the manicurist using her nails to clean off polish from my cuticles. When she was almost done, I told her that there was polish on my cuticles. She said it’s the plush to which I responded, no it’s the application. She offered to remove the polish. I felt like she was arguing with me. It’s funny I’ve had the same polish before and have never had my cuticles polished. One star given because she took off the polish.

I went back to Rose Nails in Hutto, Texas today. I had some errands to run and found myself with a free few minutes. I am so glad I did.
They always make me feel like family from the moment I walk through the door. There is a reason they are the only ones allowed to touch my feet.
As a type 1 diabetic, foot injuries can be life threatening or debilitating at the very least. The owners, Phong and T are aware of this and take painstaking effort to make sure every utensil they use on me is completely sterile, but they do that for everyone else as well.
They did a wonderful job on my feet and hands. I usually always get a flower on my big ties but today I asked him if he could try and do a copy of my tattoo since I am going to Sherwood Forest Faire Renaissance festival this weekend. It’s a Celtic love knot that means eternal love that my oldest son had designed for me.
Phong drew it free hand and did a great job too.
They always take such great care of me. As long as they are in business, they have my loyalty.

Every time I come, the customer service is excellent! The owner of the salon is very sociable which I LOVE. He takes the time out to joke, chat, & get to know his customers. He is very very good at remembering names, & faces. Every time somebody walks in he calls them by name. To me, it’s excellent customer service because it makes his clients feel welcome, & important. Aside from that, the work is great. I wish they had more shellac nail polishes to choose from but that’s okay! I recommend this place to everyone :)

Love this place. Started going here when I lived in Hutto. I now live in Austin and come out here to get Mani-​pedi. Place is clean, staff is friendly and very attentive, plus prices are super reasonable. My go to place!!!

Worst place ever. I’ve been trying to find a new nail place since I moved here in February, so Ive been looking for a competent one that has good customer service. When I called and spoke to gentleman named Fan he was a little rude on the phone but I took that to be just his matter of fact tone about what was wrong with the other places I’ve tried. When I got there his attitude was down right rude. I was leaving to go out of town in two hours so I just didn’t respond to his rudeness. He was very matter of fact about not wanting to do shellac polish (plus he wanted $ 32 just to do that) so I just picked another one and he didn’t like that color and told me so but j told him I did so he reluctantly applied it. After putting me under the dryer for a few minutes he came over and said they were done I took them out and it was obvious they weren’t dry but I just wanted out of there so I paid and left. Polish started peeling that night and nails started lifting where he refilled 4 days later. I just called to tell him the problem and asked when I could come in and he said 45 minutes and hung up on me. I thought maybe my phone cut out so I called back twice and he answers, doesn’t say anything then hangs up. I now understand why there are bad reviews on this place. I always make my own decision even after I read reviews, wish I had listened to the ones on this place and spent my money elsewhere. Now I’m off to find another place near Hutto

I went to Rose Nails in Hutto yesterday and it was one of the BEST pedicures EVER! She did a great job on the nails and then had a GREAT foot and leg massage with the pedicure. They are extremely friendly and greeted their regular customers by their first name when they walked in the door. The manager also put a flower on my nails without charging me :) and their pricing is excellent! I will definitely be back!

The sign says they close at 7 pm on Saturday. It’s 635 pm and they are closed. Infact the guy at the door turned me away while still in the parking lot

I’ve been going to them for a few months. They are so attentive to my needs. They ask me how I want my nails done and they make sure that I am happy before I leave.

I LOVE this place. Been coming here for a year to get waxed. Never been burned, always turns out great! The pedi and mani’s are good too.

Terrible terrible terrible !!! The air was too thick for starters to where I had to ask for a mask and when I did the older guy had an attitude. Well I’m used to smelling this stuff but there was no air flowing out with clean air coming in. The older guy told me to go somewhere else because my health is important. REALLY!!! Dude I only asked for a mask because apprntly you dont have air flowing through this place. He actually told me to go somewhere else while i’m sitting in his chair. I didn’t say anything about my health just the fact that the air was overwhelming. Normally if you go to a nail salon their doors are cracked or air is flowing along with fans. NO!!! not at this place. I have never been treated so badly. I got up and I said you know what, you’re right I’ll go somewhere else and pay my money since you dont want to service me. I was actually nice about the situation because I know its my choice to go there with all the fumes in the air but DANG! NEVER again. MYSTIC Nails on anderson land near burnet road has my bizness now. Even thought I live in Hutto I drive all the way there because they treat me with respect\, they’re friendly, concerned, loving and if I’m working late or whatever they’ll even stay open late for me or whoever. THEY LOVE PPLE!!!

This place is just awesome. Everytime I go there I am treated so well. All of the girls are very good at eye brow waxing. I have very thick, hard to manage eye brows. And, alot of times, when I’ve tried other places I get burned. I have never been burned here. They also do a great job on my nails. They know me by name and that means alot. Great place!
