Doubletree Property Inspections

I had the great fortune to hire Doubletree Property Inspections before I bought my Wichita house. As it was offered as an estate property, the owners were not obliged to provide to me a disclosure form wherein the physical condition of the house was detailed. Thus, a professional home inspection was essential. Roger Dickinson, ASHI certified, was my inspector and is the owner bof the company. His professionalism was obvious from the start; he was precisely on time, dressed neatly, and introduced himself cofidently. He explained the extent and technique of the inspection, and reviewed with me the contract and thea «State of Kansas Home Inspection Standards of Practice» to be used to govern the technical observations of the inspection.
He methodiclly conducted the inspection IAW the SOP and took photos of his findings where applicable.
He published and delivered within a week both a condensed and unabridged report with supporting photo evdence, and provided me a binded copy of the Standards of Practice. I used his write-​ups to bargain with the sellers for corrections and repairs saving me thousands of dollars. A professional, valuable, and delightful outcome far exceeding my expectations.
