Buffalo Wild Wings

If you wanna feel like you’re eating under a spotlight, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere was so much different than any other B-​Dubs I’ve ever been in. It was blindingly bright and the music was SO loud. It just seemed really «off».
I didn’t see anyone in their waitstaff that looked older than 18. It was 9:30 pm on a Saturday when we were there, and the place was mostly empty. They had obviously been busier during the day/​evening, because the floor was filthy. There were a lot of «kids» in uniform, but I didn’t see too much working. I did witness a lot of standing around.
After ordering, it took a long time to get our drinks, and the beer I got was not even full-(Applebees for the win there). The two food items we ordered were delivered to us by two other waiters, and then the initial waitress brought our ticket just shortly after that. Really?! No «How is everything? Do you need any drink refills? How about some extra napkins?» Nope. Nothing.
Needless to say, I will not be visiting this establishment again.

First off the service was awful! I will tell you now, get nothing but wings when you go here!!! The wraps sound good, but are a total disappointment!

Let me start by saying that myself and my boyfriend are huge fans of Buffalo Wild Wings. We have been hoping to get one in Hutch for years, so we were really excited when this one opened up in July. Problem is, this location SUCKS. Having worked in restaurants so long, we know that it takes time to get everyone trained, but this place still hasn’t even come close to that and it’s been almost 3 months.
The individual servers we’ve had, about a dozen different ones, and the captains are all trying to make it a good experience, but upper management is doing something wrong. No matter how slow or busy they are, it takes an absolute minimum of 10 minutes to get a beer. Usually closer to and sometimes over 20 minutes. It just seems like no one has been trained properly and they can’t be bothered to staff it fully, ever. Last night we were told that they didn’t expect to be busy… uh it’s wing Thursday and the first game of the ALDS playoffs with the Royals in it, of course it was going to be busy!
I apologize to anyone who’s now read to this point in my rant, but it’s so frustrating to have to take a full 2 hours just to get 2 – 3 beers each and an order of wings every single time we go due to the incredible slowness. Food is okay; as good as any other B-​dubs when they get the orders right and when they actually get the whole wing covered in sauce. We keep going back, but I think we’re just about to give up completely

This place has the best mac & cheese on town! It should be renamed buffalo mac&cheese!
