Wendy’s

Lots of cars in drive thru so I went in, no one out in front, The lady finally showed up with broom and bucket in hand and takes my order. I figured there was no sinks around since she didn’t wash her hands BUT there is I seen it. The whole time I was there she was coughing and not always covering her mouth, not that that mattered cause she doesn’t know where the sink is. Only reason I stayed and took food was because I was watching and at no time did she touch my food so I just dumped my food on plate when I got to work. There will be no future visits here. Clean hands is most important for not speeding germs.

Will never return to this Wendy’s. They gave me a chicken burger that had to have been sitting there for hours. It was horrible and stale and hard as a rock. Not to mention the extra wait time for ”fresh fries” only to find that the fries were also stale! Employees picking up ice/​snow from outside and chasing each other around the kitchen. Never again.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes I got a great meal, other times I got burgers that were just nasty — very dried out patties, dark around the edges, tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.

Now that Wendy’s has changed their fries (Natural Cut with Sea Salt), I can honestly say that Wendy’s is the best fast food burger chain right now (for me).
For example, let me explain my last visit (which was just like any other typical visit).
We go into the dining room and we’re greeted almost immediately.
I ordered a double meat cheeseburger combo, my girlfriend gets the single burger combo. Before I even pay, BAM! The fries and drink are already there on the tray.
Not long after, the burgers shows up.
The dining area is clean (nearly spotless, actually), and we sit down to eat.
I have minor complaints about the way Wendy’s puts their burgers together (whole lettuce leaf, onion and tomato tend to pull everything out if I’m not careful about biting completely through the burger), but I can deal with this since all the ingredients taste so fresh.
After we finish our meal, we order two Twisted Frosty’s to go (Oreo and Cookie Dough) which also taste great!
I’m not sure what else to say, but that Wendy’s (especially this location) is just fantastic.
