If you don’t mind being across from a narcotics anonymous location, your non-​smoking home always smelling like a smokers, only having A/​C April to October because they use a chiller system, loud neighbors, thin and ill set windows, a friendly but ineffective office staff, random leaking from the cold air chiller system/​upstairs toilet, sub-​metered utilities and a high potential of bugs before you enter the premises, please come on by. Rent is cheap, and that’s about the only thing going for it.
This is not the good area of Hurst. Make sure that you see the unit and run the air for a little while to determine that you can live with the smell, especially if you’re a non-​smoker. I am a non-​smoker, but my neighbors chain smoke. My new co-​workers thought I smoked because of how bad the transfer between apartments is. It comes through the air vents and even the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can move somewhere cleaner, not this hideous shade of beige, and with a staff that can actually address issues.
