PPV Pipes, Papes, & Vapes

So I buy a Firefly from Dallas Store on 2÷21÷2016 at the recommendation of the store employee and it is open box and not charged. He says it should be fine so I take unit home charge it and it does not work. I go back to PPV Dallas on 2÷22÷2016 after work with an unused not working $ 260 Firefly Vaporizer and am thrown out of the store by 2 people who tell me they are the managers. I call the Hurst store on 2÷23÷2016 based on other review recommendations and am told that I can come up to the Hurst store and they will help me. I go to Hurst from north of McKinney to only be told that they can’t help me and they are really sorry but that is store policy. I have contacted the Firefly manufacturer only to be told to take it up with the store I purchased it from. After I tell them they refuse to assist then I am told that a 3^rd party supplier is responsible and they do not have batteries but when they come in I will be first on the list.
So I have a $ 260.00 unit that is no good and PPV is really sorry but that is our final answer. Terrible customer service from both PPV and Firefly. I highly recommend that you stay away from this product as a simple google search show massive problems with the Firefly batteries. 5 year warranty means absolutely nothing if you do not buy from Firefly directly.
Buyer beware if you are spending anything over say $ 50 because I would only spend what I am comfortable lighting on fire, and I say this because if you purchase any big ticket items like Ecig parts or vaporizers and you have a problem well you are on your own.
After 6 years of business and about a grand spent with them I will no longer refer or give my money to them and I hope this review alerts you before you spend your money and walk out of the store.

if you gotta vape, smoke or whatever… its nice to get supplies from somewhere that’s not a front for something illegal.
