This is a pretty good Chickfila, they are very nice here and they always have great good. I love their grilled chicken sandwich, it is sooo good

What the what? My youngest son loves this place so why have I not Unilocaled them? This is one of the busiest stores I know if, yet, the staff takes time to be genuinely friendly every times of the hundreds of time over the last decade or so and oodles of nuggets and Chik fil a chicken sandwiches with no pickles.
This is real chicken. The Cobb salad, sweet roasted corn. Get the fried red pepper for it.
You would not expect a shake as good as the ones here other than at an ice cream shop, hoo boy they know how to shake a dog gone shake. Thick, smooth, like you know you think you can make, but just don’t have time. They do.
Fast service even when crowded, which is only when the doors are open. Must be doing something, everything, right.
I docked a star because I prefer my food without the politics and their corporate mouths tend to squawk louder than the chickens themselves.

This review is about the drive thru–
This location is always busy, but several times I’m afraid for my life, as the drive thru is so disorganized, I mean you come in from Pipeline, and there is a line going so many ways, you never know where to get in line, and if you try to do the common sense thing, but beware, you might get a crazy person throw things at you, or worse. Hopefully Managment will do something about it before violence breaks out.

All the food is always fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. Salads, sandwiches, and nuggets are our favorite.

Really prejudice. I used to go almost every day for linch and sometimes breakfast. Now every time I come there joking and looking at me and my friends ominously. Never giving condiments napkins and always manage to leave something out. Chick-​fil-​A is fine, just not this one. Go to the one inside the mall. Less crowded and more friendly.

It’s really disappointing when you get good service all the time, then one day I go in and get horrible service. First off, we were standing and one person was ordering. But yet, theirs two employees and the supervisor standing there. They didn’t say «we’ll be right with you» or anything. Than the supervisor said I can get you right here without any eye contact. So we thought we heard him and looked over while he was under the cashier fixing something. Second, the supervisor ordered our food, he didn’t ask us what sauce we wanted. He gave us our drinks and walked away. We were standing there like lost puppies. Employees walked by never asked what we needed… Third, they serve really hard over fried fries. I went to get new ones, the supervisor says «is something wrong with your fries dude?». Like nahh. Really? Why would I be standing here…
Really disappointed by the service, when it’s normally good. They dedicatedly need a new supervisor…

For a fast food resturant, this Chick-​fil-​A location definitely knows a thing or two about customer service. Even though lunch hour has the entire store flooded with patrons, the cashiers greet each and every customer as they head to the counter to order. The cashiers are quick to take down your order and get your drink to you. A good portion of the time, your food will be delivered to you while you’re still at the counter. The food is always warm and yummy, and of course the waffle fries are always to die for. The dining area is impeccably clean, as well as, the bathrooms. Employees are quick to check up on patrons and quickly get them a refill. The employees are also super friendly and go out of their way to keep customers happy. The location has a play area for the children. The only problem with this Chick-​fil-​A is that finding a spot to seat inside can be a bit of a hassle during the lunch rush, other than that, this place is great!

Friendly staff, I got my order fast and the waffle fries were nice and crunchy. My lemonade was a little watered down but I got a refill and the second batch tasted really good. The chicken in my sandwich was nice and fresh and crunchy! I really enjoyed my meal

5 stars because I’m here constantly, (embarrassingly enough) and the service is ALWAYS extremely friendly, super fast and my order is always right!

This is a very well run establishment that I frequent with my family. chick-​fil-​a sandwiches very good. I recommend just about anything on the menu except the chicken salad. The drive thru is usually a long line but it goes by pretty fast. they have it down here.

Went here last Tuesday and it happened to be family night. We were unaware but it was a blast! They had someone there to do face painting and make jewelry. My son really enjoyed it and miss Shelly (face painter) was so sweet and patient. We will def be back to see her. Little things like family night make a big difference :)

I don’t know why this establishment (all restaurant s) insists on conducting their job interview s out on the dining room floor! For such a popular fast food joint with so many locations I personally don’t agree with conducting interviews on the dining room floor when your customers are trying to eat!
Today took the cake, I sat in a booth in the back of the store and for 30 minutes had to listen to a manager/​owner talk to an employee about serious complaints that should have been discussed behind closed doors IN AN OFFICE! I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE having to overhear every thing said about problems among employees.

This has got to be the fastest chick-​fil-​a drive thru I have ever been in. They processed my order quickly and got me out and on my way. My salad was the greatness i have come to expect from chick-​fil-​a. Great salad!!! Great lemonade!!! Great location!!!

I’ve worked across the street for almost 4yrs now & I always go here for lunch. In the entire 3yrs, they’ve never once gotten my order wrong or taken longer than 4minutes. Everyone in this establishment is friendly, well mannered & prompt. The speed at which they give you your food is crazy-​ridiculous-​fast. It’s like they know what you want before even you do! The food’s always fresh, hot & delicious. My job’s employees love them so much, we get them to cater for us near holidays.

Good location. Most consistent service. Not my favorite local location but very nice.

You get your order right away even when it gets incredibly busy! The quality in service and food makes it enjoyable when dining-​in, regardless of how loud and crowded it can be. I love how the staff thanks all customers by saying «my pleasure», which makes Chick-​fil-​A stand out.

Vey nice location by the mall … we usually come here for the inside play area when its to cold to go to the one we usually go too. A while back I almost quit going to this location because there were multible times I got small bones in my chicken … but they said that is almost un heard of with how they are supposed to process the chicken … but it’s happen to me more than once. Took a break from going to this location and started coming back after the 820 constuction has me avoiding rufe snow like the plauge and this location has been great with no bone.

Does anyone really need a review of Chick Fil A? Honestly? It’s like asking for a review of oxygen. Oxygen is fantastic and necessary, just like Chick Fil A.
I’m pretty basic with what I get here, it’s generally either the chargrilled chicken sandwich meal or the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Large sweet tea is an absolute must (maybe a splash of lemonade in honor of Arnold Palmer).
Recently had my mind blown when someone told me to dip my spicy chicken sandwich in some ranch. WHAT??? It was like I had died and gone to fat kid heaven! Plus you don’t feel as bad because sure it’s fried chicken, but it’s Chick Fil A! It can’t be bad for you can it?
Either way, if you’re reading a review on Unilocal to decide whether you want to go to Chick Fil A then I will pray for your soul. The answer is yes, you want to go to Chick Fil A.
Closing tip: dip all of the things in sauce. Sandwich? Ranch, Chick Fil A sauce or honey roasted BBQ. Fries? Chick Fil A sauce. Nuggets/​Tenders? Each and ever sauce.
Kudos for your amazing ketchup transportation devices. Whataburger has better ketchup but your containers are cooler so we’ll call it a wash.
In closing: if you’ve read this I can only assume you’ve never been to Chick Fil A. Remedy that. The people that work there are very smiley and happy. They make sure you’re taken care of, and always say «my pleasure». Go tomorrow.
Also, I hate you for not being open on Sundays.

Okay, now listen I know that the Spicy Chicken has been out a minute but I hadn’t tried it yet until today. «WOW»…I don’t know if it was me being very hungry or this Chick-​fil-​A really makes the spicy sandwich that good! The sandwich was awesome, nice and hot just the way I love my food. I couldn’t have had a better experience of this #3 meal today.
Service was very friendly and courteous with great pleasure to assist on refills and extra items suggested (I indulged in the ice cream cone).
I’m glad I waited to try the Spicy Chicken here because they made it another one of my favorite items and just the way a spicy chick would have done it herself. Moo Ya!!! :()
