Boston Market is a ok restaurant, all of their food is pretty bland and nothing really special. I would eat there if others wanted to but not out of my own choose. They have ok rotisserie chicken and there corn bread isn’t that great. This is my next time to go. And it is was awful! This place is like the new Lubies. Sooooooooo disgusting! Their main crowd is the people from the«retirement home» from across the street. Ugh I shouldn’t have let that awful food in my body.

MMMMMMmmmmm… Boston Market. I enjoy this place immensely. The chicken and turkey are moist and flavorful. The sides are seasoned well. I like the green beans and the thyme red potatoes best, not a fan of the sweet potatoes. The chicken pot pie is delish, as is the cornbread. The portions are good, especially the kids meals. It’s a good value for the price. I also love how they run a Boston Market at Give Kids the World in Florida, only there it’s called Katie’s Kitchen. My daughter stayed there on her wish trip a few years back, and the mac and cheese is part of some of her favorite memories. I like how I don’t have to worry about cleaning up either since they take care of that.

To start this review, please remember that I have been here at a 5 star status. We were going to order to the man but he was either daydreaming or had hearing problems. After repeating what we wanted several times, he served us extremely skimpy food portions. After halfway into my macaroni and cheese, I noticed the black hair sticking out of the side of the cheese sauce. This is not a Polyjuice Potion! I have no idea what they did to the chicken but I pray that they don’t do it again. The Boston market workers probably use a bag of brown sugar when making one batch of the sweet potatoes. I don’t think it is necessary to get a sugar rush from only sweet potatoes! The cornbread pieces were probably made in the Sahara Desert because of how dry they are. Instead of being hot though, they were cold. In conclusion, we might not be coming back for a while.

Five stars mainly for Daniel who manages the place. You can tell his employees like him and working there and he provides great customer service. Food is consistently good, but I keep going back because I can tell the employees care about your experience which makes me feel good about eating there

Wife & I stopped here last night for a plate to go. After ordering we watched the staff acting very immature as they were preparing and handling our food. We asked the manager for our money back and left. It had been years since we last tried BM and I’m sure it will be years till the next. Very disappointing visiting.

Good food, clean facility, and great specials. They have a 2 for $ 20.00 meal. Might not sound like a lot, but we were stuffed! Meal came with a large entrée(turkey or chicken light/dark), 2 sides, a large drink, and dessert. Mac and cheese is delicious! Stuffing is too chunky with celery and carrots. Tortilla soup is great. Great value for great food, will be back.

I remember eating here all the time back in the day, it was the place to go for a plate of good home cookin’ with huge portions at a fair price. Well things have changed, and not in a good way. First of all the prices have gotten ridiculously high!(We’re talking what used to be ~$ 5 is now $ 8+) I understand that this happens over time, the problem is they also changed the amount of food u get. I don’t eat a whole lot, but it’s the principle! If I’m going to pay those prices I want to get a couple meals out of my plate. I always get the quarter, all white, no skin chicken with double steamed veggies or sweet potatoes. Sounds good right? Sounds healthy and high protein right? It is… it’s delicious! I wish I could get more than 2 bites of my veggies, or more than 2 measly stands of chicken. I think they always give me the«runt of the litter» from their chicken spa behind the counter. So if you go inside to get your food, you get the«joy» of witnessing the ration police fix your plate… and it’s painful. They have a clear case that you can see all the sides they have to offer, and you just tell them what you want. They literally dig the serving spoon into the food, and then jiggle it to get the excess that’s hanging over the edge of the spoon. This highly irritates me! Put it all on my plate! You just jipped me of perfectly good green beans and squash. Don’t even think about asking them to go generous on something or ask for a little bit more. They are so quick to tell you it’s $ 1.39…No thank you, they can keep that extra spoonful. It would be one thing if this happened once, I could possibly overlook the ridiculousness. Nope it’s every time, without fail. Why do I still eat here you ask? Because those tiny portions taste darn good! It’s a convenient meal if I don’t want to cook and want something other than a salad. Plus it’s a protein powerhouse! The employees at this location are kind of drab(no smiling, no enthusiasm, no hello or goodbye) they could be robots for all I know lol. Anyway…go here if u want good food, high prices, and small portions.

I went to Boston Market too pick up dinner for my family. The manager and workers were very friendly and helpful. They quickly packed up my meal and had me out the door.(My wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant at the time). I got home, called everyone to the table for dinner and started unpacking our meal. The 1 pound of turkey was missing, there was not enough for everyone. I called the store to express my displeasure,(politely and without yelling or profanity). The manager said he would take my name down and I could pick up the turkey at another time, or get a refund. I drove back there to get it so we had what everyone ordered. When I got there I walked in, the manager saw me, made eye contact and then proceeded to the back. A young worker of about 19 handed me my turkey and said, «sorry man». I was not expecting anything free or anything special, but I was expecting the manager to come up to me personally and apologize for the huge inconvenience to my family and I. I had the rest of my family eat while my wife and I drove back for the food they owed us, when we got home everything else was cold. I spent and extra hour because I had to go back there for what they forgot,(and how that happened with 4 – 5 people working and no other customers is beyond me). And the manager goes to hide in the back room while his young worker gives me our forgotten item and a very lame apology. For over $ 50.00 I should be entitled to everything I paid for the first time. There were no customers the second time I went back for my turkey so I don’t know why the manager did not just get in his car and bring us the turkey as it was his mistake. Needless to say I was less than impressed with the way the manager conducted himself. I would have left no stars, but Unilocal requires me to put at least one star. They definately do not deserve even that, but I had no choice.

Boston used to be a regular for lunch at the Lewisville location and it was great! Large portions and reasonable prices. It must be a sign of the times for a small piece of meatloaf, mac and cheese and potatoes goes to $ 11.00 for a quick lunch and leave wanting more, not because it is so good, but that there is so little of it.

Boston Market is kind of a bridge between a fast-food and a full-service restaurant. Pleasant experience. Clean, well-maintained, good service, real dishes and silverware, with healthy offerings at a reasonable price. Half of a baked(not ½ baked) ;-) chicken w/2-veggies(good selection) on special for $ 7.99. They bring your food to you after taking your order at the line, they clean the tables, and they let you know that no tip is requested. Need to go there more often.

Average food from am average chain. I remember the Mediterranean salad being crispy and cold before. This time, my salad was a bit warm. The cheese on my mac ‘n cheese was a bit too thick so I couldn’t finish it. Son liked his meatloaf sandwich but he said there was too much bread. He ended up leaving the bread for half his sandwich on his plate, choosing to eat only the meat. However the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
