My wife and I got a beautiful entertainment center. However, it required assembly. We took a shot at it, and realized it was beyond our capabilities. So I looked for someone to go the assembly work for us, and found these guys. At first, I was not impressed, as I called on Saturday early hoping they might be able to squeeze me in. I got voice mail that promised a call back. Hours passed, and I called again. Voicemail again. As we rolled into the mid afternoon, they called back and apologized, stating they had been«putting out fires». No way they could be out Saturday. They offered to come out on Sunday, but that didn’t fit into my schedule, so we agreed on the following Thursday. I even emailed them a copy of the assembly instructions, so they could see what the project actually looked like. They send out a 2 man crew at $ 50 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. About 30 minutes before they were due, the crew called to say they were running late, and would be here about 30 minutes later than planned. I really appreciated that, and had the slack time in my day, so no biggie. They actually showed up an additonal 35 minutes late, and got here just as I was about to call again. Very considerate men, the last job had been muddy so they offered to remove their shoes. They checked over what we had done, and it took a few minutes for them to fix our mistakes. But once they got done with that, they sailed through the assembly far quicker than I ever could. I appreciated their expertise in fixing our blunders, and they came well equipped to handle the job. They seem to work on a wide range of projects, from assembling Ikea Furniture, to backyard swingset assemblies, to installation of in ground basketball goals. The only downside I ran into was they do accept credit cards, but the crew that came out said their card machine was broken, and requested a check.
