I had an late morning appointment (before lunch) and it took almost two hours before I was called back. As a pregnant woman who was expecting lunch before 2 pm-​I was about to walk away and get lunch.
I scheduled an ultrasound only to have them cancel it a few days before and were not able to reschedule it within a reasonable date range.
