Love eating here. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Wish they would bring back the milkshakes

My wife had come here previously with her coworkers and loved it. She brought me here and I agree the food was delicious and the service was great. We shared an order of fried green tomatoes, the Fungus among us, and bat out of hell burgers. Sorry no pictures because we were hungry. Next time.

My sons favourite restaurant! The service was good, they have great burgers and very reasonable prices. If you love comics you need to give this themed restaurant a try.

I highly recommend Supper Heroes. The food is very tasty, menu selection is actually quite varied for a place that appears specialized in burgers. They seem to do everything very well. The comic book theme is well done, with comic pages lining the tables under glass, as well as custom art on windows and overhead lights. We arrived late in the day and were seated immediately, with menus given and drink orders swiftly taken. The comic theme extends to the menu, which was colorful and easy to read. Our server was friendly and courteous, and took some time to tell us more about the place We settled on one appetizer, the Full Clip, which is a variation on loaded French fries, with bacon, queso, sour cream, and ranch dressing. We ordered the sour cream on the side. The fries have the skins still on, a plus for me. They were not at all soggy(a big risk with loaded cheese fries!). The bacon was also crisp but not burnt, and the queso appeared to be of good quality. And they were so tasty! She ordered The Cowpoke, well-done, with Tabasco-infused, fried onion straws on the side(and gave them to me, and they would stay on any Cowpoke I will order in the future), and I ordered The Beatdown, as is(the server said they cook burgers to medium-rare, unless otherwise specified). Both were great representations of the BBQ bacon and black & blue burgers, respectively. Portion sizes were sizable(we just finished the second half of our meals at home for lunch today!) Both the burgers and the fries heated up nicely in the microwave, another plus. I added Cajun fried pickles to my burger, mostly because I was curious about the fried pickle appetizer. The pickles would be a great appetizer, and they worked well on my black & blue burger. I can never have enough blue cheese, but the amount on my burger meshed very well with the other flavors. Drinks were served in to-go cups, and we just had to ask for a lid for my drink, which went largely untouched, another sign the food was tasty. We were able to take a menu home, and are plotting to take the kids there in the very near future! I want to try practically everything on the menu.

Another delicious meal. The burgers are so fantastic, we drive two hours to get a good one. The kids love it because of the playroom, but always love the food too.

I stopped in for a late lunch with my husband, and we were immediately greeted. The girl told us to just pick a table and brought menus. The menus are neat and everything has a comic book theme like the rest of the restaurant. There are comic books on the walls and other super here décor, and the televisions are playing avengers movies. The waitress came by not long after we were seated, we ordered, and it didn’t take long for our food to come out. I got basically a plain cheese burger. I don’t like all the extra stuff personally. My husband got the«Fungus Among Us» burger. We both substituted the slaw for mac and cheese. It’s awesome that they let you do that! The only negative part of my experience was my food was wrong, so I had to send it back to have it fixed. I know I’m difficult by ordering a plain burger, so this happens often at restaurants. I guess plain is hard? It’s not a big deal as long as it gets fixed. However, they scraped all of the toppings and sent it back to me. The bottom bun was still covered in mayonnaise. Therefore, I had to send it back a second time and specifically request a new bottom bun. That’s not acceptable. I could have easily done that myself at the table, but I hate mayonnaise, so I didn’t. The food itself was delicious, though! This is one of the best hamburgers I’ve had in the area for sure! We both got onion buns, and they were super yummy! The only disappointing item was the mac and cheese. It was a bit bland, and there wasn’t much cheese flavor. I will definitely be back for another burger, though!

Great place to go, especially if you have younger children. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. Never a long wait for food and so far has always arrived fresh! I’ve had several items so far and they all tasted very good. Portion sizes for the price are very generous! You WILL leave full!

A local hole in the wall that that makes a great attempt at something creative and a little gauche. The badly painted windows had my young son amazed. He couldn’t understand why he couldn’t buy the little characters inside the display box. He immediately found the little play area and found it quit amusing. There was definitely diner level food but they made a good attempt at offering some hero themed meals. This place has a great idea and most geeky people will enjoy it for its niche theme. I would love to see some updates on hero type tables or some kind of superhero birthday. I would recommend it for something different on the way home from the city.

I just went here for the first time the other day, and I loved it! I had a burger, it was the best burger I’ve had in a really long time, and the fries were obviously super fresh. I also loved the décor and the staff were really awesome. I will go back.

Great deviled eggs Unique place with some really cool things on the menu — 4 different kinds of the best deviled eggs that I have ever had! One is an avocado type, another is a cranberry/pecan… My chicken salad croissant was good. didn’t much care for the waffle fries… but who can really compete with chick-fil-a when it comes to waffle fries? Another note, I have been a server and a mascot in high school — if you think your server should be dressed in costume then you are out of your mind! And please tip your server at least 18%!!

We really love Supper Heroes! They have such a great concept with comic book themed menus. The burgers are so good. We each try to order a different one each time, and each time it becomes the new favorite. It is a rare feat for most restaurants to have so many items I really like, so to me, it is a winner! I haven’t tried the salads or platters, so can’t speak to them.

Different and entertaining for the kids. Food was good and reasonably priced. Our waiter, Gabe, was super nice and knowledgable about the menu and obviously enthusiastic about the place. He shared pictures of him in costume and encouraged us to come back on a costume day. My kids thought he was great. We will go back.

OMG!!! The food is delicious, service is awesome and the atmosphere is uplifting. The menus are laid out like a comic book with creative names and food that matches this creativity, no boring food here. I had the cowpoke, family had moms house and bat out of hell. We couldn’t resist sampling each others food. All three items where over the top delicious. While savoring every tasty bite I took in the comic book décor and the children in their favorite superhero costumes, adorable. I wished I would have gotten a chance to tell the owners that they need to open another restaurant closer to Madison! :)

Dined on a Wednesday evening with coworkers. Overall, staff was informative and prompt, food was tastful, and value was high. The restaurant has around 15 for top tables, and only two where occupied when we arrived. The hostess/waitress/cashier quickly seated us, dropped menus, and brought water. The menu is actually made to look like a comic book. Kinda cool! The menu highlight was the many varieties of burgers(with choice of beef or chicken). The combinations are sure to please any pallet. Ask are priced at 7.99 with fries and slaw. I had the Mexican style burger, with chicken, and subbed fries for Mac and cheese. The décor of the restaurant is comprised of comic books on every way, some action figures scattered about, and themed tables. It reminded me of a perfect place for a comic book enthusiast to have a party/dinner. Our food arrived quick, and was flavorful. My meal resembled two chicken tacos with a cup of slaw and cup of mac and cheese. The taste was all good, but presentation left much to be desired. For the price i payed, the portion was a great value. I would come back with my kids to celebrate good grades or a birthday.

Decided to make the small trek from S Huntsville because I was definitely intrigued by the idea of a comic book themed restaurant. The place is moderately cramped and was a bit chaotic. The combination of the close proximity of the other diners(about a ¾ full restaurant for Sunday lunch) and upbeat music, it was a bit noisy for my taste. On to the more important stuff, though: the food. We started with the fried pickles and I had high hopes based on other reviews. They did not disappoint, nor exceed expectations. The consistency was really right on them. Barely greasy, the breading stayed attached nicely, and while salty and seasoned with Cajun spices, the dill taste really shined through. For my meal, I got the rise and shine sandwich. The egg was plentiful and well cooked, the bacon was crispy and had full flavor, and the cheese was nice and melty. I chose this sandwich partially because I wanted the sour dough bread… It was so overly buttered that it was soggy instead of crisp and toasted and tasted, well, like butter. Also, while admittedly my own fault, I overlooked the ‘dressed with’ section and did not realize mayo was a standard condiment. There was a lot of mayo. A lot. It wouldn’t be my first choice for a while, but I’d certainly go again… To try the salad that comes in the edible bowl that looked really tasty on the other diner’s tables.

I enjoyed this restaurant very much. The waffle fries were fresh and delicious, and the slaw is some of the best ever, if you like it with a little kick in it. My burger was flavorful and juicy. The waiting staff was very nice, and even the cook and the owner came out to talk and ask us about our experience. The atmosphere is terrific. They even had the Incredible Hulk playing in the background on television. And the menu itself is an adventure to read. I really liked their menu. My only regret is they are one of a series of restaurants participating in this trend of being closed on Mondays. I really wish restaurants would simply hire enough staff so they can be open seven days a week.
