I hesitate to write this but the service was slow to the point that I had to leave. Waited 12 minutes for drinks. Buzzed back in and the lady asked what I ordered.
I am spoiled by the Sonic service in Decatur and Hartselle so this was totally unacceptable.

It was absolutely awful the worst sonic I’ve ever been too :(and they were not friendly they handed us our ice cream messy and already melted not to mention it tasted horrible I will never go back to that sonic worst food ever…

This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to and it gets worse every time I go. I hoped for the best because it’s close to home but I give up.

Went through drive-​thru again at this location. It’s convenient to my home, that’s the only reason why I went. I waited 5 mins before anyone opened the drive-​thru window to take my money. Then another 5 just to get my food. That’s 10 mins for some chicken. Then by the time I got it my tater tots which I ordered 2 of, didn’t get one & the one I did get was cold. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!!! They don’t even seem to care that their drive-​thru sucks SOOO BAD.

I wondered back in to Sonic tonight I think they got a new manager. Food was great and service was fast this time. Hopefully they have the slow service issue solved for good.

I crave Sonic on a regular basis, and I’ve consumed more tater tots and slushies from here than anywhere else. I mean, of course, Sonic isn’t the best food but it’s amazing for when you’re bored and have cravings. My favorites: root beer float and tater tots.

Sonic is a great place for a fast breakfast burrito and great for lunch and dinner as well. This location always speedy on the delivery. I highly recommend it if you desire fast food.
