Pizza??? Can you mess up pizza? You better believe it !
All pizza oven conveyors are set on a specific time and temperature. If you send a thin pizza crust with nothing on it-​you will have a burnt wafer in about 30 seconds. How come pizzas do not burn. Because they have thick stuff piled on to them. Ok so if you have a regular crust to start with and regular amount of sauce and regular toppings and regular cheese your pizza will cook according to formula of time on oven conveyor and temp. However… IF the pizza topping person goes a bit crazy putting extra cheese or too much sauce then the entire pizza will be underdone! Expertise matters! Accuracy matters!
I have ordered pizza about 6 times from Papa John’s on S. Memorial Pkwy in the last year or so. I just had a pizza for lunch today. It was made and cooked to perfection! This store is always accurate, respectful and professional in its operations.
