I live out of town and used Mitchell’s to send an arrangement. They called the day of the delivery because the person was not at the location I requested the delivery to be sent. I gave them a second address and they graciously took care of the delivery. Zero complaints. I kept apologizing and they would not hear of it. The flowers were beautiful too! Would definitely use them again!

First Time Using This florist. Went online placed an order and within a few minutes had a call back to tell me that a few of the flowers in the basket weren’t in bloom then told me what they had. I wasn’t sure what to pick so the lady said that they would make up something very nice for me. The arrangement was delivered the same day and everyone says that it is Beautiful. Will definitely use Mitchells again. Extremely courteous. Great service.
