the owner finally made it right. I think he needs to educate his staff and empower them to do the right thing and I would have never written the first review. I had to report to the BBB to get their attention. But he stepped up and made it right!

We paid 139.00 for a lock to be replaced. Ever since we’ve had problems with it. We could lock it from the inside but not with the key from the outside. When we called to have them come fix it, they said they’d have to charge us 150.00 (!) to come back (we had waited passed the 30 day warantee to call).
This was outrageous! Wouldn’t they have checked the lock before they left to make sure it could be locked from the outside? We ended up, after some fiddling, being able to fix it ourselves. Beware of this company! Just had to Unilocal about it!
