Janice, the owner is VERY FRIENDLY and is wonderful and loving to your pet. I take my dog in monthly for bathing, trim, and nail cutting. It used to be $ 25 but because of the increase in supply costs (Obamaconomy!) it went up to $ 35, which isn’t bad for «THE WORKS» deal. Scheduling is easy and flexible, and if you leave a message she will call you back. Also she is very timely too, the longest my dog has been there has not been much more than an hour or hour and a half.
